This has to be the worst unprofessional company. I called a week ago and asked if they had availability for may 20, 2017! And ways told defiantly was even emailed her rates and packages available. We Called the company a week later and had the date and time planed with the character Of choice for my nieces bday party only to be told late that evening that they don't service our area. Please be advised that this company is running a SCAM. They do not fulfill their contract and are rude and not helpful when you try to reach out to them. Also, this company makes you sign a contract that you can't write a negative review about them or you will be sued. They send you a threatening letter that you have 72 hours to remove your post and that you will be billed $3500.00 USD for reimbursement of their legal fees and if you do not pay in 30 days they will report you and put you in collections until the debt is paid. What kind of business does this? Obviously you plan on ripping people off if you feel the need to include such a clause in your contract for a kids birthday party! Shame on you Pink Party Express! I'm glad I didn't sign their contract or I would be getting sued for posting this review. If you are a legitimate business with good intentions you wouldn't need such a preposterous clause in your contract! Here is a copy of their contract. Non-Disparagement Clause In an effort to ensure fair and honest public feedback, and to prevent the publishing of libelous content in any form, your acceptance of this sales contract prohibits you from taking any action that negatively impacts Party Express or company affiliates, its reputation, products, services, management or employees. Should you violate this clause, as determined by Party Express in its sole discretion, you will be provided a seventy-two (72) hour opportunity to retract the content in question. If the content remains, in whole or in part, you will immediately be billed $3,500.00 USD for legal fees and court costs until such complete costs are determined in litigation. Should these charges remain unpaid for 30 calendar days from the billing date, your unpaid invoice will be forwarded to our third party collection firm and will be reported to consumer credit reporting agencies until paid. read more

Be extremely cautious with this company. I would give zero stars but had give at least one. We hired a Cinderella for our daughter's birthday party and she never showed up. Her excuse was that when she arrived at my house there was already a mermaid in my back yard. Funny thing is that the party was not at my house it was at an indoor party place. She first stated she would not return my deposit, then she agreed to refund our deposit, in the end she never returned our deposit. She did not respond to our attorney's letter that was sent certified mail, to the same address in which the deposit was sent. Can't say she didn't get the notification since she did cash the check. Because at 2 p.m. NOTHING! My grand baby was so upset. We called but got no response (left several messages), no refund has been received as of today.
