The haggle situation really turns me off a lot and it's almost making me consider going to a different dealership. The dealership itself is good as far as being clean and well maintained. Other than the current construction situation that hasn't finished and over a year, the dealership is relatively easy to get to. Staff is professional and courteous. As far as the service goes, they seem to do a decent job with the service itself and the prices seem to be competitive. The only draw back that I really have noticed with the service is they take an extreme amount of time to get the job done. For instance an oil change and tire rotation is 2 hours even with an appointment. A 15k mile service is 3 and a half hours, or 4 hours if you get a wash. I would strongly recommend getting a loaner car rather than waiting in the waiting room. The service has gotten more and more lengthy time wise in the last 2 years.
