Casey is a great guy, and quoted us a reasonable price. They worked around the ongoing chaos of the other work being done, and I was really impressed with their work ethic. After finding Kelt at Andale here on Yelp, we gave him the opportunity to earn our long term business. However, after coming out just a few times we had an issue with him about adequately vacuuming during his visit 3 weeks ago. However he came back that same day and spend another hour fixing the issues. After deciding we would give him another chance today, this visit was the worst to date. Perhaps we have unreachable expectations but we came home today to the following: - Dog hair and dust on my desk, behind the bathroom faucets, around everything that wasn't moved. - They did not wipe down our kitchen table, clean the glass on our living room tables or cleaning the crumbs on my family room side table. If they can't do these basic things, we are wondering what else they didn't do that we expected them to do. I texted the following pictures to my wife when I got home from work today and after we discussed it later in the evening we sent the following message: Hi Kelt, I just got home after a long day at the office. I'm quite perplexed about the cleaning service today. The same issues about not vacuuming are still a problem. Additionally, the bathroom counters were not cleaned in the master, the house has several locations that weren't dusted...please help me understand what was completed today as I'm struggling to see how the service was completed. Please advise - At this point, we would like half of the cleaning service fee back and part ways. His response was as follows: Dear Mrs. C you're contacting me at 1030pm, 12hrs after services were rendered I don't owe you any fees I completed all cleaning projects Im sorry you feel we don't meet your standards Im terminating the cleaning services . First off, I'd like to say that the initial contact process was easy, and the cleaners arrived on…read moretime. However, once the owner and another cleaner entered my unit, the experience quickly became unacceptable. I have security cameras inside my apartment, including one facing the center of my living space and another at my front door. While I was at work, I received notifications that my camera was being tampered with. When I reviewed the footage, I observed one of the cleaners using the end of a broomstick to move my camera. She did this on two separate occasions. As I continued reviewing the footage, I noticed behavior that appeared suspicious. The cleaner was opening a drawer where I kept cash and appeared to be attempting to take money. I immediately returned home and confronted her. Her explanation was that she was "dusting" with the end of a broomstick, which made no sense given what was visible on the footage. I explained that I hired this company because they advertise themselves as professional, trustworthy cleaners who conduct background checks on their employees. I did not believe I should have to worry about protecting my belongings while paying for a professional cleaning service. Despite my concerns, I allowed the service to be completed and paid for the cleaning. Later, while reviewing the footage more thoroughly, I discovered that I had actually been robbed. A ring valued at approximately $1,700 had been taken from my home. When I contacted the owner, she provided me with the cleaner's contact information and stated that the cleaner had only been hired the day before and that this was her first cleaning assignment. This raised serious concerns for me, as a company that advertises employee screening and background checks would reasonably be expected to have a more thorough hiring process than one completed overnight. The owner was not helpful in resolving the matter. After I informed her that I would pursue legal action if the debt was not settled through either the return of my property or reimbursement for its value, I requested information regarding the company's insurance coverage. I was then informed that the company did not carry insurance. Since that conversation, the owner has not made any effort to follow up or assist in resolving the situation, despite multiple attempts on my part to communicate with her. It appears that she is simply hoping the matter will go away. As a result, I am now out approximately $1,700 for the stolen ring, in addition to the amount I paid for the cleaning service itself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly encourage others to choose a cleaning service that is truly trustworthy and that stands behind the claims made on its website regarding professionalism, employee screening, and customer protection.

They adjusted the downspout locations to areas that would prevent further damage and protect our foundation. We went into this experience knowing that we wanted to change the color of the gutters. They helped us select one that would complement our paint and roof colors. We ended up upgrading our gutters as well by adding leaf guard which has been SO GREAT this spring because our old ones held a ton of leaves from our oak trees. I strongly advise against using this company. They caused damage to my brand-new metal roof,…read morerequiring the roofing company to come back and make repairs. Additionally, this company had to return three times to address various issues--none of which were properly resolved. On their first visit, the crew arrived late and cut the overhang of my three-day-old metal roof with snips, leaving jagged edges as if they had used a chainsaw. They then installed the gutters too low, below the drip edge, causing water to flow directly over them instead of into them. On their second visit, they attempted to correct their mistake by repositioning the gutters over the drip edge. However, they failed to properly seal the holes left by their initial improper installation, only doing so when I was present. Once I stepped away, they cut corners and left gaps unsealed. They also failed to ensure the gutters had the proper slope, leading to pooling water. Additionally, they left screws loose throughout the gutters, every corner leaked severely, and they left sharp metal cuttings in my yard along with screws in my driveway. On their third visit, the owners, Ross and Glenn, came to remove the low-quality leaf guards they had attempted to charge a premium price for. This removal exposed excessive amounts of sealant inside the gutters, with multiple tubes seemingly used per corner due to the poor installation. When Glenn removed the leaf guards at the back of the house, he uncovered standing water and a significant number of screws left inside the gutters--yet he failed to remove or correct these issues. Given that this was their third visit, supposedly for a quality check, this level of neglect was unacceptable. This company does not even run water through the gutters to check for leaks. They rely on words rather than delivering quality service. While I do not blame the workers this is ultimately a failure of the company itself. Despite their warranty, I would rather pay another company to fix any future issues. In fact, I have already had to make corrections myself to address their poor workmanship. If I would have known the poor workmanship I would not have gone with this company. When Glenn removed the rear leaf guard, he left a handful of screws inside the gutter, which would have washed out onto my driveway--a serious safety hazard for my 75-year-old mother-in-law and my special-needs son, who frequently walk through the area which could have also ended up in our tires. The fact that the owner himself neglected to remove these screws, despite seeing them firsthand, speaks volumes about the company's lack of attention to detail and care for their customers. I still have to come back and re-slope three sections of the gutters because they were never properly sloped in the first place, causing several inches of water to pull up in there, creating a breeding ground for mosquitoes not to mention future damage to the facia board. If you are considering gutters, there are many other companies.
