I paid $162 and chose the style and colours carefully to show my love for my sister and huge grief I felt in losing her. After the funeral my nephews very kindly arranged to place the wreath on a specially named bench they had placed for her in a much loved place of hers. It was only because of this that I actually saw the wreath that Colonnades Florist had made and sent. I was horrified at the standard of it and so very sad that they had spoiled my last chance to show my immense love I had for my sister I felt it was important to complain even though I was suffering from grief and sadness. However, my subsequent letters of complaint were met with denial, excuses and with no care or real heart felt apology offered for their poor product and its failure to compare (even vaguely!) to the relevant images advertised on their website!!. Although I continue to shop online here in UK, I will never use this or any other online florist again!! They have destroyed my faith and trust at a time when I needed to trust most of all.

She called the next day and said to bring the flowers back and she would give me a refund. The dozen red roses cost $155 plus $20 for the vase so you can see how disappointed we were only lasting a short time. When I took the flowers back the manager verbally abused me accusing me of being rude to her staff which we definitely were not and said I was always complaining and never to go back to her shop again. Then she said something about I'd planned it all. How can you plan flowers wilting? This woman does not know me yet she was putting me down. I will definitely not be recommending her shop when she treats customers so bad. The last thing I said as I left the shop was I thought you were a nice person to which she replied "you're definitely not". What a horrible nasty person is she.

First he bought me a georgeous picture of a beach and dolphin scene with waves crashing. Not only was it a picture but it also has a light box behind the pic to light up all the right spots, plus it has sound! It actually plays beach sounds of waves crashing, seagull and dolphin noises. It's georgeous. Next birthday, I got another print. This one looked like a normal print in a wooden frame but then I actually looked at the picture. It is the most unbelievable 3D picture which looks amazing. I get so many comments on it when people come over to our house.
