I feel completely misled by Century Law. When I enrolled in the program, I was led to believe I had…read morea reasonable estimate of how long it would take to become debt-free. After years of making payments and doing everything I was supposed to do, I was suddenly told that I would need to make another year of payments because the settlements did not come out as originally projected. The biggest problem is that this was never presented to me in a way that reflected the real financial risk. The promises and expectations at enrollment were very different from what actually happened. If I had understood that the program could be extended for another year after years of payments, I would have seriously reconsidered my decision. Communication has been extremely disappointing. Instead of proactively explaining what was happening, I had to keep asking questions to understand why my payments were continuing. The responses felt scripted and focused on protecting the company rather than helping a customer who was already struggling financially. I am now unemployed, yet I am being told to continue making payments for another year. It feels like the finish line keeps moving. After trusting this company and making sacrifices to stay in the program, I feel deceived and financially trapped. I encourage anyone considering Century Law or a debt resolution program to read every document carefully, ask detailed questions, and understand that the timeline presented at enrollment may not be the timeline you actually experience. My experience has been one of misleading expectations, poor communication, and a process that has left me feeling betrayed rather than helped.
