My bankruptcy was filed in August 2019, Discharged in January 2020. First week of February I was receiving credit card offers with 0% interest, no annual fee's from big companies; Discover, Capital One, Credit One to start rebuilding my credit and they were unsecured at that. If I did get a reply, it was days or even weeks later of me continuing to follow up. Communication was inconsistent and frustrating. He was also very unorganized. One of the many examples: He once called to tell me the other party accepted 100 percent fault, then later said he was mistaken and that he had confused my case with another client. That was a major red flag I wish I didn't ignore. I was especially disappointed because he knew how nervous I was about hiring an attorney. My dad advised me not to, and I told him that. He reassured me that I would be in good hands. That could not have been further from the truth. My friend also was who recommended me to him because she had the most amazing experience with Glenn. I cannot say the same. I felt like I was always put on the back burner. After almost two years of little to no progress, I finally let him go. I regret not doing it sooner. Only after I fired him did he start promising that I would be a priority and give him one last chance. I should have been a priority from the very beginning. He kept giving me the same excuse for an entire year that he had other court sensitive deadlines he needed to handle. Which I personally think is a pile of bull I think he just looked at mine as a smaller $ case. Two years of that is unacceptable. When my new attorney asked for my file, they told me there was almost nothing in it. They forwarded it to me, and they were right. It was basically empty. Filed a motion with the court for a detailed accounting of the estate, and after receiving an accounting that was not detailed at all, he filed another motion to compel, same as I had already done. That is it. I PAID the attorney he had handle my case to read about my case so she could do something. They did nothing! I interviewed Mark Moss, and after giving them the money, I got handed over to another inexperienced lawyer. Mark doesn't have too much experience under his belt either. This one had even less. Not only did they not get me one dime of the several thousand I have coming, but they took the $4000 and then had the audacity to charge me another $2300 for reading info I had to send them about the case! Added about 10-fold more stress too! Will be hiring another attorney now to fight this worthless asshole! SHOULD BE DISBARRED!

However, this…read moretime I was referred to Sam Hartieens colleague at the firm, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the case. I often felt rushed to sign paperwork without having all of my questions answered, and some of the information provided to me was inaccurate. It was also very difficult to get updates regarding my case. Phone calls were rarely returned in a timely manner, and requests I made were often not followed through on. In addition, I found the reception staff to be unprofessional and, at times, rude. Getting someone on the phone who could assist me was frustrating and time-consuming. Based on my recent experience, the level of customer service and communication fell far below my expectations. While I appreciated my past experiences with Chris Campion, I was very disappointed with how this case was handled and I would not return to the firm in the future.

However, when we met with Larry to sign our paperwork to sell our home, it seems he didn't read the contract that was drawn for sale and seemed very easily frustrated by questions. The contract stated we were to be paid for the sale of our home in a cashier's check, certified funds, or cash. After we signed all of the paperwork, we were handed two personal business checks drawn on the bank of the attorney. This wasn't in the contract. When we asked Larry if he could have someone from the practice go a mile down the road to their bank to get cashiers checks (as the contract stated) and he said he was too busy and didn't have time. We then went to the bank ourselves, who refused to cash it or issue us a cashier's check because we didn't have an account with them. We came back to the attorney's office and explained that the method of payment they issued isn't what the contract stated. Again, we were met with Larry's condescending attitude and frustration that we wouldn't "simply deposit his checks and go away". An attorney that doesn't respect a legally binding contract? No thanks. I wouldn't recommend this practice. Poor communication prior to closing and poor communication in person. A disappointment all around. (I also see he's the one personally responding to all negative reviews with the same condescension we had the pleasure of experiencing in person.)
