Give it a one star is being very generous! New salon in town so I figured I give it a try, looked nice! Well, I was so displeased! I went for a pedicure and manicure and they did a terrible job! My pedicure was suppose to get a hot stone and they didn't even give me the hot stone. The massage to the pedicure was subpar. I got a gel manicure and showed the technician exactly what I wanted, she did the opposite! I kept telling her that the nails are crooked and she said, "no their not it's your nail!". My nails aren't crooked, lady! She didn't soak my nails and get my cuticles. I had to ask for a hand massage. The technicians were VERY rude and unprofessional! They didn't have manners, they weren't nice and figure if they have crappy technicians the least they could do is be nice, it is the Christmas season! They're also priced very high!! went for a Jelly pedi in the middle of the day. I was one of 3 pp in the place. got "May" who was 20 mins late for my appt, who not only continuously caused me pain, but insulted me. she asked if I wanted short or long toenails- my answer was short. when I flinched she said you want short or long? I said I DONT WANT TO BE INJURED OR HAVE LONG NAILS TO SNATCH DINNER FROM A LAKE! politely of course. I asked if she can do them short without hurting me?? she said yes. then she got out the efile to prep my nails for paint- and the heat from her having the speed too high hit me like fire! I flinched and asked her to slow down. she said I can tell you don't get pedicures often. I didn't speak after that. Honestly I was hurt. A little ashamed. She gaslit me. What I didn't say is that I should have- is that she's right. I haven't had a pedi in 2.5 years. But I care for my feet at home. I cut, buff, file, paint... I take care of them. No calluses either. I haven't had problems treatment because I had MELANOMA AND BCC. ON MY TOES. on my head. on my back. then I got rectal cancer!!!!! It took me a lot to make an appt. Bc I've been recoveri bc financially from the treatments and loss of wages.... I also had to tell her not to use dirty supplies on me. She tried to use a dirty filing band on the file- a dirty buffer,used dirty nail file,used dirty cuticle nippers, used dirty sloughing sponge on my heels.. this is against sanitary regulations. This is how fungus and other infections spread and even AIDS. Because she was so rough she could draw blood and she's using these tools on others . I went to the deluxe salon in EHT on West Jersey. hopefully I won't catch anything from her filing my skin bc she cut my nails so short it caused pain then she filed my skin then made fun of me for flinching at that too. I feel so discouraged. back to doing my own again. cost: 45 for a Jelly Manicure and a $5 tip. I tipped her bc I'm not that person. karma is real. I gave her $5 and asked for her name on my way out for the review. I'm starting to think she isn't licensed bc it was THAT BAD. and my toenails are crooked. lesson learned. I thought I picked a wonderful spot. It looks pretty but if you're not going to follow simple sanitary protocols to protect people, then it's not pretty at all. read more

I made an appointment for 2:00pm for my sister and i. I waited for a whole hour and they didn't seat me. They seated my sister -- We were hoping to get them done at the same time and leave. They're unorganized because 3 separate ladies came to me and saw the design then moved on to the other waiting customers (who came after me) and said "someone will help you in 15 minutes" and a whole hour passed by. They prioritize the regulars here because they have appointments with certain workers and first-timers are ignored. Not good for new business. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Not to mention they charged my sister $75 for one color with matte-coating. They didn't breakdown the price. LSS- overpriced, not on schedule, not worth it. read more

Love the environment, my eight-year-old daughter was amazed. I also loved it it was very glam, but not over done. The prices were good and the environment was perfect. I only have one complaint and it was that I got my eyebrows done and the girl who was waxing my eyebrows had obviously just smoked a cigarette as her hands smelled horribly like smoke. I'l I do have to say I loved the place otherwise. We will definitely go back again! read more

I made an appointment for 11 a.m. 4 days in advance and we got taken in at around 11:30. The wait wasn't that big of a deal for me though. The staff is very nice. There was a rose petal in the water the lady dipped my nails in which was cute. The decorations in the salon are very beautiful. I was done by a little after 12. I had a good experience, and this is not the first time I have been here and it won't be the last. read more

I made an appointment a few days earlier and requested a specific manicurist. All set. Today I go to my appointment, I'm asked to sit. A few minutes later, I'm told that my manicurist is off. That's it! No other accommodations were offered. instead she walked away to tend to another person leaving me speechless and more importantly not offering me an option of someone else taking care of me. Had a great experience. Went in for a full treatment. Had a pedicure, which was great. The tech respected my ticklish spots and understood I didn't like my legs massaged. Took extra time to clean up my ugly toes. :) I have gel nails, my regular girl wasn't available. I was hesitant to try someone new. Wasn't disappointed at all. She did a great job. And I'm picky. Finished off with my eyebrows waxed. I'm headed to a wedding in a few days. They look fantastic. Very happy overall. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SALON!! Even though it says online that the salon is open until 8pm all of the employees leave by 6:30pm. This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. My nail technician, Candy, tried rushing me out of the salon even though I had an appointment. She was rushing to the point that she almost clipped my finger so I decided to leave before she was done. There was no point of me paying for gel powder and tips, if she didn't want to be there. Had a great experience the two times that I had gotten my nails done here. The salon is huge and therefore you can feel at ease with the whole social distancing aspect. They keep everyone pretty spaced out and it seems like they're always sanitizing and cleaning the salon every few hours. I always go to Phoebe to get my nails done, she always does a fabulous job and is always very gentle. read more

I'm starting to question this place. I come regularly for a fill, pedi and eyebrows. Their prices are "deluxe". I'm afraid the service doesn't match. This is the second time I made an appointment and either had to wait or reschedule. The first time I couldn't wait and had to reschedule. I asked if they'd provide some sort of discount given they couldn't honor my appointment (they mixed up names on the phone). They struggled with this idea although in the end, they gave me 10% off my next appointment which they made up for by "cutting" my nails or whatever. As I insisted on a discount initially the lady told me "it was no one's mistake, I just didn't hear you". Umm, ok? I'm not here to blame but this was your mistake. So I went again and this time for the works. Fill, pedi, and eyebrows. Made an appointment. Made sure names were clear. I got there a half hour early and waited in my car. Walked in at appointment time and was told I had a half hour wait before I could be serviced. I'm just like come on, we make appointments for a reason and this is the second time mine is being pushed back substantially. Luckily I was off work and could stay. So someone else did my pedi. Look their pedis are nice but adding some sliced lemons to the bowl of water does not equal up to the $80 spent. My toe is sore bc they cut into the sides too deep, my gel polish was average and the massage, average as well. This should maybe be $50, max. My mani was cool. I just hate that the girl never makes sure to see that the nails on each hand match length. I often have two pointer fingers with very different lengths. I was charged extra bc they cut my nails shorter. $65 for this service. Ummm.... So with eyebrows (done nicely) I paid over $150 plus I tip well every single time. Am I offered a bottle of water or a snack at the deluxe nail spa? No, I'm not. I really feel like I'm treated like an average customer at an average salon. I have been to this salon a few times to have pedicures and always loved my experience. Two weeks ago I decided to have my nails done. Today I went in for a fill and my experience was not great at all. I'm so disappointed in my nails and when I asked the technician to fix the issue she became visibly annoyed and did not efficiently make the corrections. She blamed me for the polish not being fully dry, though she did not check prior to applying topcoat. It's sad that good customer service isn't freely given in a lot of cases. Customers are necessary for business...and happy customers brings repeat business. My birthday is Friday and my nails are less than perfect. I am now in the market for a new nail salon. read more

I go to the West Jersey Avenue location and only go to Candy. She is thorough, timely, does amazing work and reaches out if there is a conflict. She allows me to pamper myself every couple of weeks, gets me right in and out! Beautiful studio too! read more

My best friend took me there for a birthday pedicure that was absolutely wonderful and the women doing our pedicures were so nice and talented they made our pedicure so much more luxurious. I'm so pissed off, obviously the product was bad out this girl didn't know what she was doing. Did not like how old polish was taken off, new polish was put on very thick layer. Shop was about speed and did not take proper steps on polish removal. Drilled off old polish instead of soaking. Damaged my nails. Good selection of colors but would not recommend. read more
