I found Kelly's when I was visiting in Ocean City by searching for reasonable prices and by reviews. I needed a Brazilian blow out and they recommended Heather to me. All I can say is WOW! I was not expecting to find a salon in south Jersey with a stylist capable of managing my hair! I hair very coarse thick hair and I have to say, she did the best blow out I ever had and it's lasting the longest too! I'm not surprised after talking to Heather (not to mention she is absolutely hilarious and had me laughing the entire time!) That she's actually from NYC/North Jersey with pretty amazing credentials. Kelly's is like family! So warm and welcoming. To top it off, the staff really know what they are doing. I cannot say enough about Heather! I took a chance on using Heather one day three years ago, while vacationing in OC and have not stopped since then! She is extremely talented and honest - never tries to convince you to do something you really do not need and always gives you good advice. Cuts and colors are terrific. She is now the stylist for many of my family members. Not only that, we lunch together and keep up with each other in between visits. Love, love, love Jeannine!! If you need a cut, color or blow dry, you have to make sure you stop in and ask for Jeanine. I am a blond and she does a fabulous single process and foils - my hair is now a perfect sun kissed blond - and the blow dry is nice and straight. It lasts for a week or so. She just cut my hair about 3" (it really needed it) and it looks fabulous. Must try - she is truly an incredible hairdresser!! *Nice touch - they offer coffee while waiting for color to finish. I am so happy I decided to come in. Tiffany does an amazing job w cut & color. You can tell her what u want & she'll hit the nail on the head every time. I had such a great experience on Saturday at Kelly's Creation. I was having trouble finding a good hairdresser in Ocean City. I was looking for someone to style my hair and an environment that was friendly and welcome. I found that at Kellys.
