Pinnacle Auto Appraisers, Brittany and Patrick, are the most knowledgeable, first class professionals that I have had the pleasure of working with in years. They went far and beyond what they were initially contracting for. I had a total loss Gold Wing Trike accident that the Insurance company came in with a low ball settlement figure due to the trike being a "Specialty" "Non factory" vehicle. The insurance company came in at a lower price than I paid for the "Trike Kit" install. After protesting, they agreed to bring in a "Third Party Appraiser", per our contract. This third party appraiser, I found out after the fact, was a "Heavy Equipment Appraiser", and came in at $2,000 less than the initial insurance figure, but, the insurance company did say that they would stand behind their original figure.....of course. Again, after a number of phone calls, emails with facts to back up my costs, and emails to Government officials, I was given my only other option, over taking their initial offer, which was hire my own "Third Party Appraiser" at my cost. Which I did after some research, that was Pinnacle Auto Appraisers. They quickly appraised the Trike at an amount that was consistent with my costs and comps. This was of course the next wrinkle in the "Insurance Game", because now, the two Third Party Appraisers had to come to an agreement or come up with a "Third Party Umpire" that would be the final "Say" to the settlement amount. This is where Pinnacle really shined. They held my hand through every aspect of the process, held the Insurance company and the other third party appraiser's feet to the fire on every aspect. They also warned me of areas that the Insurance company and other appraiser would try to take advantage of. The process did go to an Umpire, and Pinnacle's appraisal won the process as being "Fair and Correct". This process unfortunately for everyone, took months. We definitely got our money's worth, and despite my joking about their working this hard, for so long, for a "One-time Fee", they never waivered in their help, support, and extending their expertise in their business, they truly knew every aspect of the process and potential pitfalls to maneuver around. I definitely will use Pinnacle in the future and highly recommend them for any appraisal that you want done correctly! read more

Pinnacle was great every step of the way. I contacted several appraisal companies to ask questions as I was trying to settle a claim for a total loss of an unrecovered vehicle with my insurance company. Gary was the first person I spoke with at Pinnacle and he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and whether it would be beneficial to hire an appraisal company. When our insurance company refused to budge on the figure they were offering, we decided to hire an appraiser for the peace of mind of knowing if what they were offering was fair. I addressed the negative reviews of Pinnacle with Gary before hiring them. He was able to explain the process to me and I felt very confident in his knowledge of my type of claim and my specific vehicle. He also explained that the first part of the process was a preliminary evaluation to see if they would advise us to move forward against our insurance company. He explained that if his value was within $1,000 of the insurance company, they usually do not recommend moving forward. He also explained that they usually do not provide a written appraisal to the client at this point to ensure they do not release any information to the insurance company and ruin the negotiation process. Ultimately, Pinnacle Appraisers were able to help me settle for just over $3,000 more than what my insurance company had offered. Last year Pinnacle helped us with appraising our RV's Fair Market Value, so we could donate it to a charity whose mission is to help people transition from homelessness to permanent housing. Getting the appraisal was an easy process. Pinnacle even re-issued their appraisal a second time, because there was a delay with the charity finding a suitable family. The appraisal document had to be within 30 days of the donation, so we simply confirmed no changes since the last appraisal and received updated documentation. The gals where great had all the questions i needed answered. Gave them what they needed and they where out in great time. I had over 150 units need pieces on and they knocked it out of the park. I meet with the accident and the insurance company went for appraisal clause, which means I had to hire an appraiser, researched a lot and got pinnacle auto services to be specific Gary, from the time when I talk to Gary I knew I was in safe hand as he came out to be a straight shooter without any gimmicks.
