Came here after reviewing Weedmaps and seeing that they had good deals and a $17.50 Gary Payton 1/8th. When getting there , the girl said she only had $30 1/8 & up ! I've used Weedmaps for the past 7 years and I spend time reading and going over products before I take the drive to any dispensary. I will never come here again. Pinnacle is a great dispensary! The staff are always friendly and their inventory is usually well stocked with what you may need, online ordering and shopping makes things even easier. Price-wise they are in line with the others in town. One thing I will encourage customers to do is to make visually make sure your purchases are correct before you pay and leave. Michigan law does not allow for the return of goods, even when they are not what you ordered. They do often have waits that can last half an hour or more, so plan accordingly. And do watch for sales and discounts. They frequently have offers for everyone including daily, weekly and monthly sales. And the quality of their products is top notch. read more

After going to Pinnacle for the past TWO YEARS. I got the runaround on using my AZ MMJ card. "Abby" a manager, told me I had to have a valid AZ driver's license to use my AZ MMJ card. I had just gotten my Enhanced driver's license from Michigan and the DMV punched a void in my AZ license. The state does not allow you to have two MMJ cards from different states, my AZ MMJ license was still valid for another week so no problem there. My AZ drivers license had not expired so no problem there, So the whole point is to prove I am who I say I am, which 3 pieces of ID say so and have current pictures. Management seems to have arbitrary rules that are used to suit them, and they don't really know the MMJ laws. Getting treated the way I did was simply uncalled for, no respect for veterans for sure. Some of the worst management I have seen. I am in contact with MI state Medical Marijuana office and will file a formal complaint. I will never step foot in there again. read more

Im a bit of a connoisseur of flower. I came here this week and spent 400$ plus. On all flower. The product was good. But 3/4 of the flower was 8-10 months old. I opened some already to discover how dry it was. Not to mention harsh. I decided to call them to inquire why I received such old flower. The lady told me that "it does not really go bad". That to me speaks alot about the knowledge of flower in general. My order was bagged and had numerous staples in the bag & I was not able to look At anything in the bag right away. I noticed the dates on the product once home. Furthermore the manager at the dispensary told me that they get old flower from the growers. And they have no say in how old or fresh it is. Its strange to me that I purchased several 1/8s in OCTOBER and I received flower that was tested in January. Thats just not right. So while the product was nice. The age of it made it dry & harsh & definitely made me feel upset especially after blowing over 400$. Any lover of flower would agree with me. And I know that to be a fact. you can never go wrong with weed, the process getting it sucks! especially when the front desk "thought your name was crossed out" literally had about 5 people go after me. no apology, kiss my ass or anything. "well we can get you in next". like seriously, NOBODY'S name was crossed out on the list UNLESS they were called!! I stayed in the waiting room the entire time, music blaring and all. I stood in front of the counter so that i would hear Paige call my name, never happened!!! Glad I used my points up, doubt I'll be back anytime soon. Last Friday (5/19/23) My friends and I were visiting from out of town around the area. We looked saw that this place somehow had good reviews so we decided to head over. Online it says they close at 9pm so we figured we'd be fine going in at around 9:20-9:30. As we were walking into the dispo we noticed a bunch of people inside sitting down which usually is indicative of a nice and busy establishment. Well we couldn't be more wrong. As we were walking into the doorway we could hear the employee sitting at the front desk area barking at anyone who walked in saying that "it's the state mandatory law for all systems to immediately and instantly shut down at 9pm, and that there's no chance to be able to buy anything past 9pm". When the people infront of us kindly asked if he thought they'd be good still to wait before then since there was a good amount of time until 9, he said that "you can wait at your own risk" in a very sarcastic and mean tone. The people were responded to the worker saying "so you mean to tell me all the people here waiting in the lobby are taking a chance that they'll b let in before 9?" And the worker said "yup". Then he just said out of nowhere "I mean after 9 you can go back there in the showroom, but you ain't buying nothing". And when he said that ridiculous statement, we all just left - and the people infront of us did as well, along with everyone else walking into the dispensary. We were all pretty blown away by how mean and snarky the worker was, but quickly were put in a good mood once all of us went next door to another dispensary where we ALL were let in and bought great cannabis products. I'm not person who ever leaves reviews, but that experience was pretty wild for me to download this app and make this review. I hope someone from higher up management can see this so that the business doesn't lose a bunch of business like it did that day. That worker at the front desk had to be a nepotism baby or having the worst day of his life - but that still doesn't give him a right to just be yelling at people and being as condescending as possible at everyone he spoke to.
