02/04 I made an order for 2g of wax for pickup during the 4:45-5 time block. After 15 minutes of waiting (5:15pm) i was worried they never received my order. So I called up to ask if my order was received and they said yes. Over half an hour later I called again only for them to hang up on me mid sentence. I never received a txt nor an email for my order so I never got to pick it up. If you can't handle being in retail maybe find something else to do. This will be my last time going to HP there is always a problem when I go there and this rude staff member was just the last straw. Pinnacle has more professional staff and better product anyway. read more

I had a very bad experience on 4/20/24. BUT High Profile Did Make it Right. After they saw this review they reached out and helped me. I placed my order the night before for pickup at 315pm. I was not able to pickup my order until 630pm that night!! I live over an hour away so alot of time. When I finally got my order it was not fully correct but no one would help me And the worst part was the flower I received its horrible!!!! It's dirt brown, it doesn't taste good, doesn't really do much for you and they have a no return policy so my money I'd wasted! I didn't open it until I got home because it was in a sealed black bag. Since there is no return policy they did Credit my account to compensate for the loss of money. So I do thank them very much for reaching out and for also crediting my account so I can go back and get something better! read more

I stopped in a few days after I bought a ubaked pen because it stopped working. The person at the front desk refused to help troubleshoot the problem. When I asked about a return I was told that I needed my receipt...even though she could clearly see on her computer that I purchased the pen a couple of days prior. I felt like they were using the receipt as an excuse to not stand behind the product they sell. I will never go back. Not necessarily because of one issue, but because I went to 7engines a half block away who had 3 people come out to troubleshoot the issue. Not only did they spend the time to make sure I was satisfied with a product that another dispensary sold me, they also gave me a 25% discount on my purchase for the trouble. Do yourselves a favor and go direct to 7engines. They have a way better product selection and they run circles around High Profile's customer service. read more

Had a $25 reward, but was saving my points for a rainy day, hence my moral of the story is my points disappeared and a 25% off reward appears in my wallet. I come from about 2 hours away - but I always plans my order online. It's always ready. The staff is always nice. I'm always like a kid in the candy shop when I'm allowed in the back They have rewards so that's awesome and I like the different daily deals. The service I received on 11/24 was deplorable. I made my order online at 10 am EST for a 1:15 pm in store p/u. I arrived at 1:10 and was told they were a bit behind and might be 1 hour wait for my online order. After 1hr 30min wait I was told it could be another hour. I left and went to Green Koi in South Haven 1 hour away I arrived there at 3:30 pm walked in and selected about $350 in product and was on my way back south by 3:45 when HighProfile emailed that my order was ready. If you can't handle the Buisiness flow maybe you need a larger facility or higher more Employees. I will no longer Patronize your location. read more

This place is hilarious I called to inform them that there trap house products are indeed half grams not full and they told me distillate weighs different. So a distillate gram is different from a gram and then banned me for informing them that they are ripping people off. Coming from California, they definitely have that place staffed with uneducated staff. Better off at another dispensary, to be honest... so the house special is 15 grams for 250 you are getting 7.5 grams for that. Just an FYI gram of flower or a gram of distillate I guess the gram of flower is the actual gram and the 1/2 gram of distillate is a gram lol. Each of these were hrvested April/2023. .Very disappointing!!!!!!!!!! Also when my last order was not correct the manager said I would get 20% off my next transaction and that did not happen today which was my next transaction. I only have great things to say about this dispensary! They have amazing prices, plus deals all the time. Your first time there, you get a preroll for a penny. All the employees are super nice and helpful. They're all knowledgeable about the products and the deals. The waiting area is nice and has an atm and a restroom. I drove three hours to this location. Arrived an hour and a half before closing time and put my phone number down. When I go back inside they said they can't attend me because it's already 9pm (closing time) and I explained I been there since an hour and a half waiting. They really didn't give me a least one chance and yeah, I had to drive three hours back with nothing... that sucks. It shouldn't be like that. You already took my phone number, etc. I been waiting for an hour and a half that means 8 hours I wasted to go to your establishment and couldn't get anything... Not going back. Had great experiences with them until today. I was paying and was accidentally $10 short. A lady and then a gentleman proceeded to get disrespectful, and yelled at me in-front of everyone in the lobby. I made a simple mistake and got treated terribly over it. I paid them the $10, because it was an accident. Then after all that, they acted like nothing had even happened. I don't normally leave reviews. But this rubbed me the wrong way. I am always respectful to the people who wait on me no matter where it is. So the disrespect was shocking. I understand they are stressed because of the holidays. I really don't know how anyone could give this place less then 5 stars. i drive 90 min one way to come here from Illinois. And it's 100% worth every minute. Its a decent little store. Tidy enough. The front desk people are nice. I always place orders before hand and I've never had a problem at all. They actually helped me with one of my errors! I'm in and out in no more then 15 min. I personally have never been in back but I'm sure they're great too! After we drive back and stop to spend the day at the beach. Honestly it's my favorite trip.
