That's not even saying anything about the establishment itself! They have several services offered for members. She explained the process that would happen before we even started the application. I started a savings account with them and am looking into setting up my actual banking with the company. I don't have an account at this bank, but unlike the *other* bank I just reviewed, this bank was…read morewilling to make change for a $50 bill. Sounds so basic, right? Yes, it is, until you encounter a bank like 5th/3rd Bank located in the same shopping plaza that was unwilling to break a $50 unless I had an account (and ID!!) for the cash-for-cash 30 second transaction. So, 5 stars to this bank that made change without asking me for account information and just being a bank that knows how to be a bank. If I was staying in the area I'd seriously consider banking with this branch because they are low key and hospitable and seem to value the clients that walk in the door.
