I called all over town and got quotes from 5 different roofing contractors. Ben with Integrity came out, checked out our roof, and gave us a quote for a 30 year Pabco Premier Roof. He also spent a few minutes reviewing color options and gave me a time frame of when it could be completed. Ben told me that a 40 and 50 year roof weren't worth it in my case due to the pitch. I appreciate straight-shooters, especially when it comes to contractors. Ben's quote was in line with the low estimates and we decided to use him based on their quality of work with many of the local houses that he referenced me to. Day 1: Ben's crew arrived on site and knocked out the entire demo! We have a lot of square footage on our roof. I figured out would take closer to two days. Keith was the foreman on my job. He was fantastic (except he's a Raiders fan!). He kept me updated on the status whenever I was interested. The crew did a great job of cleanliness also. They put tarps down and kept everything clean throughout the entire process. Day 2: The crew arrived and big a big portion of the roof. It was brutally hot out, so Ben told me he wasn't going to make his guys work through the heat of the day (I was glad to hear it!). They did a ton of work and finished about 75% of it. Day 3: The crew showed up and finished up the rest of my roof before noon. I also paid them a little bit extra to install a solar vent on my roof. They showed me pictures of the entire installation process to show me what exactly they did. It looks great and was installed just like it needed to be. Overall, our roof looks fantastic and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Aside from the new roof, you'd never even know they were here! I've got a background in Construction and I'll tell you this - Ben and his crews knows their stuff. Integrity Construction does high quality work at a reasonable price. There's nothing else you can want from your contractor! I will recommend these guys to everyone that I know. If you need a new roof, make sure to give these guys a call! You won't regret it!

Thanks to the decades of experience BigFoot brings to the table, they accomplished this in ten hours. However this latest time I received services from them I ended up receiving a bill that was extremely high. The Electrician that showed up was only here for a total of 18 minutes and the round trip from their Business location to my home is a total of 10 minutes for a total time of 28 minutes that they spent on my issues. However when they sent me a bill for the service I was charged for a total of 1.5 hours instead of just 0.5 hours. When I called them about how much my bill was being over charged (Padded) they said that they were going to reduce it to 1.0 hours. That's still double billing me for what they did but I guess it's better than being triple billed. None the less I most certainly will not be using their services again after this as I just don't appreciate being taken advantage of as a disabled elderly person and veteran.
