They did a bad roof install in 2019 that I inherited. When I called to get follow-up or customer service, i didn't get a return call, rather I got a message sent from one of their business partners; No Bull only offers a 5 year warranty....that's what I was told. I've had other community members tell me about the poor service, and one of the crew members doing a current install informed me he just left a job sight where he repaired work done by...yep...you guessed it No Bull Roofing. In short, my roof had more leaks than the current White House, they high nailed a lot of the shingles and didn't stay in the nail zone. As a result, I had to replace a roof that was only 5 years old. He had the nerve to take our deposit.. pull off the old roof and then leave it exposed for days , and of course it rained and started messing up my ceiling Sheetrock! Took money for installation of a whole home generator and it isn't the correct size and installation was never completed. This was for an elderly, disabled person. Beware! Called this company to do roof repair Guy said he would come do the estimate. Never showed. I called 6 or 7 times and we would set a general time for him to be there. never showed. Never called. You are only as good as your word. Especially in business If you cant be dependable enough to show up to do the estimate then why would anyone think you would show up to do the job? On 10/9 my neighbor had hired No Bull Roofing to cut some trees in his backyard, while doing this one of the trees crossed the fence separating our yards. The tree fell across my power line pulling the mast away from my home and disconnecting power. My power was restored the same day, however, had to be repaired and inspected within 5 working days. The owner of the company completed the repair and had the inspection performed within the 5 day grace period. However, the soffit is still damaged, and although I was assured by the owner that this was to be corrected, I am still waiting. It has been almost one month since the incident and I am still waiting. He asked for a yelp review, so here it is. I would not recommend this company to anyone for services. (Richmond, KY) read more

We have Been waiting for 3 to 4 months for Contractor to finish a job that at most should have taken a week. REMEMBER these are a roofs that if not done, expose everything inside to water and serious damage. HOUSE 1) Main part of house roof is covered but screws are either over tightened with rubber gaskets squished out like worms or screws loose and not making contact with the metal. 2) Edge Metal reflects the same way as the roof with screws over tightened or loose with a few screws actually going through the 1st layer of metal and dangling between the metal and not penetrating the roof at all. 3) Ridge vent metal overlaps have no screws for support within 1 to 2 feet of their ends. Wind will easily get under this metal and bend it up. 4) Dormer intersection with main roof and valleys is trimmed ragged with screws going in at angles instead of being flat. 5) End of metal in one valley is 6 inches short and does not extend over roof edge. Garage 1) Main part of garage is covered but 12 foot lean to shed extension was not replaced. 2) Original edging from that extension was taken off but has not been replaced and that section of my garage is exposed to the elements. 3) Inside the garage, roof screws can be seen next to the 2x4s that the metal was supposed to be screwed into. Not a few but I stopped counting at 30. These are misses and puts a hole in the roof at each miss. These problems are not minor. Both roofs need to be replaced quickly and professionally to negate my exposure to further damage. I can't comfortably allow this contractor to even attempt to correct (replace both roofs). Dealing with the owner is complete waste of time as lying and manipulation are second nature to him. Because of all of the above a total refund would be the only recourse for fairness and equity but it will never come. I will be attaching all pictures. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or give them money as they are in my opinion fraudulent and should be shut down. read more

Hired No Bull Roofing Richmond KY. To do a roof on my Dads trailer in Berea last year, took them a month after I paid them to get them there, paid to have gutters that never got. Emailed them in January 2019 they told me there machine broke they will be out as soon as they get it fixed, Now its July and have yet to see them. Requested a refund on gutters never heard from them. Would not recommend this company read more

In 2016-17, I hired No-Bull roofing to replace my shingles and build a covered porch in front of my house in Kingston. He priced well so it was a no brainer. The roof work was good, other than the 4 days it took to finish. The porch however, he and his crew put an almost flat roof above my porch and planned on putting the rubber or vinyl over it. It took two months for him to finish that small porch roof, in which he never wired in the can lights before he put up the soffit, it leaked from day one of putting on the flat roof,, to cut back on materials, he laid the soffit in a two piece pattern which was extremely ugly and just plain wrong, and like I had read on other reviews, never put up the new guttering as promised. I called for 3 months and after no answer, I placed an honest review, in which he called and told me to take down. Since I refused, he said he would come out and finish, but I was not going to allow anyone from that company back on my property. Worst experience with a contractor that I have had. read more

The work I hired this company for was sub-par at best. The roof job was fair but I hired Andrew and his crew to put a roof over my front porch (couple day job). The job took nearly 2 months with so many unanswered phone calls and is still not done properly. The soffit and facia work I will have to re-do myself as it looks like a 10 year old with no experience done it. The porch roof is a flat roof which took him almost 2 months to seal properly, so the wood began to water log and weaken in the rain. He left a piece of drip edge up that is battered up from his ladder. All in all, this experience has been a nightmare and I would recommend no-bull roofing and construction to NO-ONE! read more
