No one, and I mean absolutely no one, wants to have floors in their entire home replaced while they are still living in it. To say it is a challenge is an understatement. Boxing up the nick knacks, moving furniture around and trying to keep track of the "important" things as you go (phones, charging cables, meds, etc). Unfortunately, that is exactly the task we were faced with. Fortunately, we trusted Pinnell's Carpet One with the job. Well, we can tell you without any doubt, our trust was well placed with Pinnell's Carpet One. First, there was Kevin who measured, priced and set the expectations of how things would go. He answered mom's questions (every single time she asked - she has dementia, enough said). Kevin was very clear in providing options and suggestions and prices. Then Taylor provided the scheduling for both the waterproof vinyl and the carpet in the parent's bedroom. Taylor was sympathetic to time constraints and was more than willing to accommodate our schedule. Then came the installers ... Louis and Gilbert did the Waterproof Vinyl. I cannot speak highly enough of this team. They did everything we asked to make this process easier on mom and dad (lunch times, moving furniture to a new place instead of the old place prior to the floor install, just to name a few). Besides being flexible, they were professional, courteous and, all around funny guys who worked very well together. On top of all that, they really knew their stuff! The prep was amazing to watch. They leveled the "dips" between the kitchen and the dining room and eliminated the squeaks throughout this old place. We are so happy with the end result. Despite everything, they helped to make a daunting task doable. Next came the carpet installers, Wyatt and Dakota. Again, another amazing team that worked well together. Also, they were so quick we barely had any time with them! Still, professional, on time, and also answered mom's every question (that says a lot!) The end result, mom and dad didn't miss a beat in enjoying their new and improved bedroom. Overall, what was expected to be a taunting task ended up not so bad and for the most part, quite pleasant! I used Pinnell's Carpet One to put in new laminate floors in my master bedroom, which we suspect had been the garage at one point. It's floors were poured concrete & were fantastically uneven. I was super pleased with my entire transaction with them, Brett was wonderful about coming out & looking things over. He presented me with all the options they had within my price point & set me up with a very competitive quote. I accepted the quote & we proceeded with the scheduling of the work. They were very flexible about trying to work around my schedule with other contractors working on my home. Their scheduling department were always polite, friendly & flexible. The flooring professionals that came out to do my installation were Harly & Kevin. It was a 2 say process & I was impressed with their knowledge & their professionalism. They immediately looked at the uneven bits of the floor & developed a strategy to even them out. They explained every step of the process to me. They helped move out the furniture in the room & worked around my king size bed. The end result was an awesome new floor with expertly finished transitions into the closet, the tile entry & the front room. They even put back the baseboard I had removed when I was pulling up the old carpeting. I was delighted with their work, their friendly demeanors & the pricing was more than fair. Pinnell's Carpet One replaced our old worn out carpet with flooring back in 2016. (See previous review) Last year we notice that random sections began raising up in the high traffic areas of the kitchen and dining room. We called them and Justin came out to view the flooring. He determined that some of the sections began to separate which was resulting in the uneven areas. He asked if we wanted to submit a claim to the manufacturer, we agreed. Within a couple of weeks, the manufacturer sent out an inspector to survey the sections. The company responded with an option of replacing the entire floor and would pay 50% of the labor involved. The flooring used was discontinued and they were concerned that the new flooring wouldn't be a precise match. We opted to forgo the offer and requested the damaged areas be replace only. They sent out Jack & Lewis who did a masterful job at blending the old sections with the new ones. There is no way to tell because it's flawless! We were not charged any labor and we are a Pinnell's Carpet One customer for life. Pinnell's make shopping locally easy and with three rooms of that old carpet, they'll be hearing from us again soon. We had Pinnell's Carpet One of Sonora install carpet in two bedrooms and a living room and wood blinds in two bedrooms. They did a fantastic job, all aspects were very professional. Originally, we had gone to Lowe's for the carpet as they had promised free installation. We paid them to come out and measure and they never showed after repeated calls. Finally had to get my payment back and look elsewhere for it. Pinnell's had a great selection of carpets and blinds to choose from. We dealt with Matt Weiss as the Salesperson. He also came out to our home and did the measurements for all. He was the consummate professional at every turn. He emailed us a quote and the carpet was almost exactly the same cost as it would have been had I gone through Lowe's. Installation of the carpet went smoothly and on time as promised. The gentlemen were friendly, professional and respectful to us and our home. The man who installed the blinds came on a separate date and on time, quick service. At the showroom there was a plethora of styles and finishes of high end vinyl flooring we were interested in installing throughout our house. The salesman, Kevin, was very helpful in providing options and explaining the installation process. Absolutely no pressure during the decision process. Kevin arrived at our home on time and gave us reasonable quotes/estimates as well as payment options. The installers (Michael and Dakota) were truly professional and courteous. They did an excellent job moving the furniture, ripping out the old carpet, installing the new flooring and moving the furniture back. They even cleaned up after themselves every single day. The install was completed in 5 days instead of the estimated 7. We can't praise Michael and Dakota enough for the hard work and craftsmanship they put into this install. Vanessa P We have a dome style home, with lots of angles, and needless to say, replacing the floor was a huge and difficult project. We were very impressed with the help we received from Pinnell's staff. Sharon took up the challenge of measuring the area for our new COREtec floor - not an easy task, as the main floor is shaped like a sprocket. She was always available to reach by text when we had questions or concerns, even on Sundays. From the beginning, she said that we needed Sean to be the lead on the installation. She was right. Sean accepted the challenge of cutting angle after angle (often multiple angles in a single cut). His assistants obviously respected his expertise, and took his advice gratefully. Slowly but surely, our beautiful floors took shape. Sean was able to answer our questions and gave great suggestions on improving the project. The end result is beautiful. Pinnell's in Sonora installed carpet and wood laminate in my new home a month ago. I had a water leak issue under the wood laminate flooring which caused damage to the sub floor and the wood laminate to expand and move from the floor. I called the store manager, Justin, who came out and inspected the flooring which had to be removed and replaced. Justin sent his installers out to reinstall the flooring immediately and at no cost for which I am extremely grateful and totally surprised as the water was not caused by them. I have used Pinnell's in two other states and have always been 100% satisfied. I talked to Pinnell's at the home and garden show in Sonora a few months ago, and they were very friendly and helpful. In the past two weeks, a lady named Sharon came to my house, and showed me a book with the latest Hunter Douglas window shades. After I picked out what I liked, she immediately starting measuring my windows and sliding door, and told me my order would take about two weeks. She informed me a week ago, my order had arrived, and was ready to be installed. Mike the installer did a great job installing the new window shades and the sliding door unit. Sharon informed there was a rebate thru Hunter Douglas on the shades I had purchased, and she even gave me the form to apply for the rebate. I just completed the flooring project for my home which included both hard flooring and carpeting. Wow! From my salesman Kevin, to the hard floor installation team led by Michael and the carpet installation led by Sheldon, my home has a beautiful new look and feel. We recently had our flooring redone in our home. Paul and his production people did a wonderful job. He helped us find just the right product, his pricing was great and the installation was very professional. We were out of town for the week they installed and Paul personally made sure everything went well. They moved around our furniture and when we returned everything was exactly as we had left it but with hardwood floors in the main areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The tile in the bathrooms and laundry room was great and everything worked when we arrived home (washer/dryer, TV's, Wi-Fi, lamps etc.). I can highly recommend this company. Last week, we had Pinnell's install Cortec vinyl plank flooring throughout our whole house. Sean and Harley arrived Monday morning right on time and started in tearing out our old flooring, carpeting and baseboards. It took all week and we love our new floors. Before they left on Friday, all baseboards were reinstalled, floors cleaned and furniture put back in place. Sean and Harley were very courteous and seem to work very well together. Very little chit chat and all work! I highly recommend them. Also, our salesperson, Sharon, was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She was always prompt and courteous. We just had the most amazing carpet installation completed by installer Louis and his assistant Mike. The whole process of working with Pinnell's was outstanding. Great representative Jeff helped us chose the best carpet at a reasonable price. The installation team arrived on time. The installation itself was complicated using a patterned Berber on long steps with two landings. Louis perfectly aligned each step and landing pattern. The whole process was completed, including excellent clean-up, in two hours. We have managed commercial and residential real estate for over 40 years and we can say that Pinnell's is the best carpet company around. read more

We had to have on the of the operatories and staff bathrooms redone and Pinnell's was our first call. They came out to visit us with some samples and once we had picked a flooring material they quickly scheduled the install for us. Their employees Louis and Gilbert we very efficient, professional, and had excellent communication with our office manager. They even vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves! From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. We had water damage to our home and Pinnell's replaced the linoleum in the kitchen and back service porch. From picking out the linoleum with Jeff, to final installation done by Josh and Mirlan, everything went very smooth. All involved were very professional, very detailed and our overall experience was very pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves, and gave instructions on the proper care of our new floor. I loved every part of my flooring project for my great room and front entry. The salesman, Kevin, was professional and helpful in selecting possible choices for my needs. Scheduler, Scott, contacted me numerous times to update me on expected arrival of my flooring, and the job started on time - 3 days, start to finish!
