This was the first time we'd decided to add color to our walls, and he brought us two large samples for each of the seven we'd narrowed to. He and his team treated our belongings with care and respect. They moved smoothly around the house and applied paint with precision. I called PP. PP rescheduled 2x last week then set Tuesday this week (3x) and didn't show up. 2.5 hrs later they wanted to reschedule. We set Monday next week (4x). The plumbing co said they'd pay, I said PP didn't show up Tuesday (integrity, that's not the way you want to treat customers, right? Leo went blank on this & didn't comment) and the plumbing contractor will pay. Leo /Addie said no, you pay. I said I wanted to talk to the owner. They then said I don't want their service. Presumably THEY cancelled the appointment. THEY would not give me your number. I bought a new house. The cabinets in the whole house are grey. Phase by phase I planned to have them painted white as I redo the areas. Now I'm being ghosted as I asked to talk directly to the PP owner. Can you call me to resolve this? Clearly Leo can't.

Mark is so easy to work with and his staff is all prompt, respectful and very helpful. The team cleaned up everyday and always arrived on time and were very efficient. Mark's team takes the time to properly prep the areas before painting, which is so important! They made sure that the areas that were not being painted were covered and protected and really scrubbed and sanded all areas being painted. The kitchen cabinets were all removed and taken to his shop to be sprayed, so they are beautiful without any brush marks. Overall Mark listens and makes sure the job is done to your specifications. He promptly responded to my call, came out to look at our project, and gave me a fair bid for it. When I accepted the proposal, he told me when to expect him, the time he would arrive, and the duration of time it would take him to complete the job. He did not disappoint. He showed up on time with supplies on hand to get the job done. Part of the process required painting, and he is very keen to pay attention to details. He didn't leave until details were addressed, and he finished in the time span he said he would. As the project progressed, I brought up some details I wanted to have him address, and being the patient and really pleasant guy that he is, he made sure I was happy.
