The tech fills my R22 system with 410a runs my system while filling and adds the "missing" lbs to the system. Afterwards tech runs his temp test inside at the air handler. Says it should normalize in an hour or so. While the tech was wrapping up I see the canister was labeled 410a. I ask him what refrigerant he used and he said 410a. I corrected him and told him this was a R22 system. He said that's fine it's a common replacement for the R22 that they do this all the time and I won't have any problems. I knew this was not only wrong information it was deceiving and blatantly negligent. I asked him if he would like to call his company or wanted me to call and let them know because I was not going to accept this as the wrong refrigerant would burn my system out. He called explained the situation and they instructed him to go pick up the correct refrigerant replacement from them. He came back and vacuumed the system, supposedly. But everything was rushed as he was going to miss the football game he said. He then filled the system with new refrigerant. The system was running when he left. Fast forward a month later. My compressor is no longer working. I called the company and they sent a tech out. The tech said the compressor is burnt out. To call the owner the next day and speak with him that he's a reasonable guy and would do right by me. Today I call the owner, Frank, up at Total air solutions. He negates that this was caused by any wrong doing or negligence of his tech and blames it on my systems age. Yes this is a a 15yr old Lennox system which was running strong and very efficient. I asked if he was denying any responsibility and he said yes he doesn't accept any responsibility for the damage to the system. That speaks mountains of the type of people they are and employ at Total air solutions. I'm going to be hiring an attorney and providing documented invoices with notations from both techs. Frank, you lost my support and it shows you lack integrity and an understanding of you're own business. Your tech ran refrigerant through my system and burnt it out. Plain and simple. You can't be responsible for your teams faults mistakes and negligence. As a business owner for 17 years myself. I can say that this is not how you treat your clients. Especially not when you are at fault.

Spent the month of March and a good part of April without air but ceiling fans were working to cool as temperatures were somewhat cool. Was working with the original company that installed the unit. Three different techs out. All attempts at repair failed. " after all the unit was 18 years old and no parts available ". One week later still no quote on new unit. I had received a recommendation from a friend for which I basically ignored for a few weeks. With no response from my original company I decided to finally call All Seasons Comfort. Best move ever! Steve Turcotte the owner came promptly and begin working to get the old girl running again. Impossible? Not according to Steve. A couple of hours later ice cold air flowing through the vents! Ok so there were some bumps in the road during the next few days but at every time it shut down Steve was here to reinvent the wheel... I call him "McIver". The last incident, after at least three previous visits, resulted in Steve figuring out a way to stop a leak in an 18 year old rusted drip pan ! Never met anyone like Steve. The original bill was 380.00 which included 2 lb of refrigerant ( not sure correct terminology) . Steve never charged for any of the subsequent visits as each was over 2 hours. I attempted to tip but to no avail. He is seriously one of a kind especially in this industry. Happy to say I am enjoying cold air and dodged a financial bullet for the efforts of a business owner full of integrity and unprecedented caring for others. So blessed ! We're going through a tough time as hubby as recently diagnosed with stage four prostrate cancer and meeting someone like Steve has been encouraging and supportive restoring my faith in humanity

Upon inspection, the technician said the unit was beyond expected life of service, was about to fail, and should be replaced. I called All Seasons Comfort for a 2nd opinion. The owner, Steve Turcott acknowledged that the AC was old...but was in fine condition and needed no service at all, let alone replacement! This company serviced my AC for 23 (!) more years. It finally failed, and he replaced it. Since then, a component in the unit malfunctioned. He replaced the part, repairing it at no charge. This is the kind of company that you want. Quality work, fair prices, prompt service. That's uncommon these days.

We had a new HVAC system installed by Grande Aire a couple of weeks ago. The job was well done by a…read moreteam of professionals and we were very pleased. However, after a couple of weeks the cooling performance fell off and I called to ask to have the system checked. Kevin from the Englewood team arrived a couple of hours later, explained what we could do to make the system work better and then checked out the operating parameters. He determined that while it was working, it wasn't up to spec and went looking for the problem. He found a fitting that had vibrated loose enough to allow a slow coolant leak so he called for more coolant. A few minutes later, Mason arrived and the two of them tightened the fitting, recharged the system and then stayed past 6:00PM to be sure the system was working properly. The total charge for the service call, the coolant and the time was zero. Just an assurance from both men that Grande Aire is committed to our satisfaction. We a BIG fans!!
