We had a fabulous day today visiting three wineries with Carlos as our driver. I was able to call and set up our time a couple days in advance. We had identified the wineries we wanted to visit as some of the folks in our group had relationships, but I know that they will also arrange visits if you aren't sure where you want to go. With over 700 wineries in this area, feel free to use their expertise! Carlos texted the night before as well as he texted the morning of to let us know he was on his way and reiterate his arrival time. He was very professional- we had seven individuals so we had a larger van and he was careful to ensure that everyone was able to exit and enter the van safely. He also made sure that all of our bottles and lunches were securely packed in the back of the car, we truly appreciated his service I am so glad that these services are available in these wine country areas as driving yourself is simply not an option! They provided lunch menus for nearby restaurants, picked up our lunch and delivered them to our second tastings. Michele, our driver, was so sweet, helpful, and prompt. The booking process was easy and they answered all of the questions I had about their offering as well as the local wineries. They put together a list of recommended wineries based on our preferences and let us pick the 3 we wanted to visit. Also - they were able to coordinate a lunch pickup for us at a local restaurant for us to enjoy during one of our vineyard stops. We were visiting the Willamette Valley from Maryland to celebrate our first anniversary, and were gifted an afternoon with Pinot Car. Honestly, there is no way that we would have had as memorable of an experience without Carlos as our guide. Carlos was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable, and did an excellent job choosing wineries that we really enjoyed. There are so many different vineyard options in the Valley that it was invaluable to have Carlos to help us navigate. He provided a lot of great insight, delivered us a delightful lunch, and even went bar to bar at the end of the day to return my husband's wallet, which he had accidentally left in the van. I used this custom wine tour car service in mid June. It was the best experience. Ethan is the owner and he is super friendly and helpful. He and his staff are truly passionate about what they do. The tour was door to door service from Portland to Dundee Hills and back to Portland. The duration was 7 hours and they had a cooler full of water bottles for us and picked us up in a nice SUV. The cost was very affordable and service impeccable. Our driver was a local who recommended smaller wineries and tasting rooms based on our wine preferences. He took us to Red Hills Market for lunch and pointed out the tasting room upstairs which were excellent choices and very efficient. It allowed us to pair some wines with our lunch and then continue to the next winery. My experience in Dundee Hills that day was my favorite wine tour experience (and I have done other wine tours in various places in the US and abroad) and it is largely attributable to the local, friendly service provided by Pinot Car Service and their recommendations. read more

We traveled to Oregon from Chicago for my friend's birthday and wanted to enjoy wine country to the fullest without having to worry about driving. Our driver Phil was amazing and we had the best time getting to know him! He brought us lunch while we were at the Argyle tasting room and recommended a couple of wineries that weren't on our agenda! It was super easy to set up and Dan (who took the reservation) and Grant (our tour guide) were friendly, courteous and really helpful. Grant arrived at our hotel very promptly and we enjoyed chatting with him throughout the trip. He knows the wine industry well and gave us great information and tips about the area and the wines. We had picked out the first winery to go to, but from there, we left it in Grant's hands and we were really pleased with his recommendations. He made it a great day for us. We did 2 days visiting about 6 wineries per day. Our driver, Carlos, was professional and knowledgeable about the wineries and made suggestions to adjust our itinerary as the days progressed. He would call ahead to wineries for us, make sure that we were on time to any reservations, provided water bottles, front door service, stowed away our purchases and was fun to spend time with.
