I like that you can see the people that will work on your item in the front when you walk in. The works seemed cheerful and happy as well which makes me feel that they are paid well. That makes me reassured that they will do a great job if I walk in somewhere and the staff seems content and happy. Over the phone I was quoted $25 to alter 1 button down shirt. I understand that is a rough estimate. Maybe less maybe more. Especially depending on when you read this review and go in to get measured and given a quote. I was given a 1 month lead time before they'd have it done. No worries by me. Them being busy made me feel that I made the right choice by going there if they're so booked out. I left my shirts there with them. And look forward to updating this review when I see them again at the end of Sept to see how it turned out and what my true cost will be. Great people though. I also like that some of them spoke Spanish. It was cool to listen to them chat and laugh while working. I met the owner of the place and she was super friendly too!
