There is a manager who was rude and unprofessional when addressing a situation with a damaged dress that they tried to pass off without telling me. The fact that they had to safety pin it back together shows that they knew it was damaged, but she said she took care of it herself and didn't see it. The only reason this isnt 5 stars is because it is a bit pricey. I always have great service. The guys come out to your car like Tyler and get your items and drop them off in your car when you pick up. I always try to tip the guys a couple bucks also. Help em out! read more

We were in from out of town for an important event and needed a place to have my daughters dress steamed. This was an extremely expensive evening gown and we needed someone we could trust. We were referred to these guys by a friend. I am so grateful. They did such an amazing job and her dress looked beautiful. Everyone was very kind and went the extra mile. They also took the right precautions with Covid. I highly recommend this cleaners and if we are back in Little rock at any point in time will use them again. read more

This is my go to place for dry cleaning and laundry. Love there's a little drive through to drop off my clothes. The front desk is great - especially Jesse & Matt. Also, I took advantage of their auto pay for their services so I can just go in and out. They also clean comforters! Yay! read more

Wish I had looked at reviews before trying this place. No, no, no...do not go here for alterations. Dropped off a pair of jeans for a simple hem job. Always great service! I've used this cleaners for over two years and (knock on wood) I've not had one problem! Nothing has ever been lost or ruined. I like the fact that they actually process laundry on Saturdays. Meaning, you drop off by 10am on Monday and you get your clothes back that day after 5pm. Most local cleaners will tell you your Saturday drop offs will be ready Monday! Plus, they have a drive through which is helpful on rainy days. read more

Word of advise. Don't take any garment here for alterations, without first requesting a call-back with an estimate. Just having two small hems done on two jackets hit the $80 mark; the jackets did not even cost that much. At first, I thought I misheard what the counter associate said when she told me the amount of the charge. Rather then causing a scene at the counter, I called back from my car, and though I was promised a review/call back, I never heard back, so I won't be back. Seriously, I appreciate the skill involved here, but even if it took them an hour to complete (which I doubt), that's $80 an hour! I'm in the wrong freakin' line of work................. These people should take a business course to fully understand what the terms customer retention and residual revenue mean. read more

Front desk staff is friendly, but I will never go here again! I took a pair of pants in that had spots on the front to be cleaned (I showed them the spots when I dropped them off). When I picked them up, the spots were still there and the pants had been double creased! They said the issues would be fixed. When I went in to pick them up the second time, the spots were gone but the double crease was not fixed. The third time, the double crease was still not fixed and the pants were wrinkled in multiple places. The fourth time, the double crease was STILL NOT fixed and instead the crease in the pants had been extended to the waistline! I took my pants and left and will not go back! read more
