My Sales Executive, Sara Hansen, did a phenomenal job and showed me a number of gorgeous timepieces, and Bryce Melius was incredibly helpful as well. They took the extra effort to learn about me and my lifestyle so they could recommend the proper items to me, not just what they wanted to "sell" to me. I really appreciated that. I was so impressed with their knowledge, communication, and hospitality that while I was on my second visit I actually decided to buy two watches from Sara. I have yet to take delivery of the pieces, but will be sure to update this review with my experiences once I have them on hand, or wrist. Here they sized it for me and also were so honest and told me about the risk of changing the size. They gave me valuable information about this type of metal, it has a history of loosing stones eventually bc it is a soft metal. Also, when the size is changed bc of the design of my ring, it may then rub on the sides of my other fingers bc it will be brought down more to get the correct size. I got it sized.
