My Sales Executive, Sara Hansen, did a phenomenal job and showed me a number of gorgeous timepieces, and Bryce Melius was incredibly helpful as well. They took the extra effort to learn about me and my lifestyle so they could recommend the proper items to me, not just what they wanted to "sell" to me. I really appreciated that. I was so impressed with their knowledge, communication, and hospitality that while I was on my second visit I actually decided to buy two watches from Sara. I have yet to take delivery of the pieces, but will be sure to update this review with my experiences once I have them on hand, or wrist. In doing so they gave us a verbal estimate of how much it would cost so we could give them $150 to do a drawing and get a more accurate estimate. Before I was willing to go forward and risk my $150 they assured me it would be close to that estimate. Industry standard is a 10% change on verbal estimates. I gave them my $150 and they came back with a quote 50% higher than the number they convinced me into giving them $150. I was wanting to go through Patterson's but they gave me no good explanation on why they would go up 50% of the original estimate. They said there is nothing they could do and I would have to pay the 50% increase or loose out on that $150. This shop was very deceitful and I no longer trust them. Be cautious!
