He even FaceTimed a young lady (Sorry, am terrible with names) who showed us this big picture window with panels that slide on both sides. My wife and I had questions and every single one got a straight answer. Here's my favorite part though. Multiple times during the visit, Ingemar would look around and just go, "Yep, you need windows." I think he said it 3 or 4 times. I laughed every time. Every. Time.
