don't say you weren't warned, this company is a scam company, read the negative reviews and you will see a common denominator. Poor installation seems to be the norm. what makes it worse is they count on nothing going wrong. unfortunately, when something does go wrong, the first thing they try to do is blame something else. their poor installation, using short screws and missing gutter supports caused the gutters to be pulled away from the house. I had 3 other BBB a+ rated companies come look, and all said the issue was poor installation. they all were shaking their heads. what makes it worse is they won't honor their warranty! Blame something else and avoiding their responsibilities under their warranty is what you can expect from this company. roll the dice if you dare using this company. they will just blow you off. zero stars if I could read more

I Prime Seamless to replace all of my gutters and down spouts and install a leaf guard system. When one of my down spouts became clogged, I got out my ladder to see what may have caused the problem. I found two very poorly installed gutter guard sections with a gap between them that was so large that leaves and other debris was able to flow into the gutter and/or get snagged on the wire edges around the wide opening between the improperly installed sections. Eventually debris clogged the downspout next to the opening and began filling the gutter section. ( Again, I noticed the problem once the gutter began overflowing debris down on my porch and driveway.) The problem was caused by poor installation and a lack of quality work. Prime Seamless refused to properly correct the problem and proved that this was not just an isolated incident but rather a symptom of there low standards and poor workmanship. I'm a retired Air Force E-8 and would like to warn other veterans to be aware of this company's business practices. Do not trust this company. They are all about the sell and can not be relied upon to back their product and installation. read more

I have used this company several times on different houses over the years. My last house was done so well that I knew I would call them again for my current home. The breakdown and plans I do enjoy are simple to see and understand. They are attentive and effortless to understand. When I hire someone for a job, I ensure they have a website; it's a quirk of mine, and they have a clean, easy-to-use website, too. Cody and Rich did an outstanding job and were very responsive to any questions that I had, however I did have issues with the office. I paid the initial Quickbooks invoice for the down payment and received an online receipt that I had paid it. Then they contacted me and said that I did not go through. I do not understand why there was a problem, there was plenty of money in the bank. After that they treated me like a bum, and demanded cash or a credit card payment that would include a 3% increase. The would not re invoice or accept any online transfer, or check. I did get them cash then they demanded payment the same way for the final invoice. I wrote them a check and told them to take it or leave it. I did not appreciate their attitude or inflexibility. read more

We are getting an inground pool and are required to get gutters on our home prior to the dig phase. I'll admit that I was NOT happy about this. I've seen so many houses where the gutters stood out and looked out of place on the home. Someone recommended Prime Seamless Gutters to me. Not wanting to climb ladders any more, I believed the commercials for this product. The company in the ads I watched had more work than they could handle I guess, because i got a busy signal for 2 days. Called Prime and they came out, gave me a quote and work began. Prime could not complete the installation due to back order of supplies. Had to call them to ask when they were going to finish the job and to tell them not to expect final payment until completion. Seemed like that was news to them. Fast forward to this spring. Oak trees did their thing and clogged up gutters. Was told ''that's maintenance. Sorry you misunderstood.'' Fantastic work. I scheduled a quote and Billy came and was very personable and knowledgeable about everything. Answered all of my questions and scheduled our install date. Prime was very good with working with our schedule as we had to postpone once due to waiting on HOA approval. When they arrived promptly at 8am, they were finished by 11:30am or so and the work was well done. Love supporting this business as they are local and a Christian company. Called this company for an estimate. Mr. Ortiz came out and gave us an estimate by the end of the day. We appreciated the promptness. We called him back to inform him that we were military family and asked if he would apply it to our estimate. He assured us that he would apply a military discount. After receiving what we thought was an adjusted rate given our military status, none was applied. All he did do was take a charge off for an extension hose we did not want. This company was a referral from another military family where in their estimate it clearly stated in red "military discount." We are not sure what is going on with this company or maybe it is just Mr. Ortiz. This is certainly odd behavior by this company. If you are military family, be aware. Seek out the services of another company who is fair with all their customers. read more

hired Prime for gutters and a roof dyer vent install. The gutters are fine but the roofing crew screwed up the vent install. I purchased a DyerJack vent for this project. The dryerJack is a great vent and is installed with two pieces. One is the vent and the other is the vent insert. In order for proper operation, the insert MUST be secured to both the DryerJack external vent and secured to the roof decking with proper fasteners. When the 6 person crew showed up, I explained to the Forman how this vent needed to be installed. He spoke very little English but seemed like he understood. I witnessed the install. As the guy was installing the vent, he failed to nail down the insert and secured it to the DryerJack. He also failed to use the pre drilled holes on the DryerJack external vent and forced nail fasteners into the powder coat, damaging the vents weather proofing. My roof is 12/12 so its pretty darn steep and that's why I hired a "professional crew"... I failed. I spoke with the Forman and he said it was fine. I disagreed. I would not hire these guys for any roofing projects. They couldn't build bird house roof. They are less than average workers and the project manager is way below average when it comes to understanding simple install projects. They are truly the missing link...in roofing. Once I have the proper tools to safely fix my vent... I will load pictures for proof concerning this project. Bottom line... Beware of these roofers. They cut corners and disregard customer concerns. read more

Waiting for a roof estimate today from 11am til 1 pm. I misses a call from them at 10:11am from there answering service and they couldn't tell me why they called. It is now 2:03pm and NO one called and NO one showed!!!! I called the number which goes to call center and couldn't tell me why, or if they were going to come at all! I am disappointed and I will not be using them at all. 2:11 someone called me back from personal number and said they called me twice. Once in the morning (which i called back) and once at 2pm... I hired Prime Seamless a little more than a year ago to install gutters all around my house. Their sales associate named Mike was very polite and helpful. On the day of the installation, they were on time, the installation went great and they left everything clean. Then, the problems started. A couple of months later when we finally got a strong rain, I noticed a lot of water dripping in one part of the gutters. I called the company right away and after sending someone to take a look, they told me I would have to pay $400 extra to get it fixed. Apparently, my house is older construction (1978), it has a flat tile roof without drip edge flashing. So, they would have to install the flashing and charge me for it. Why wasn't I notified that during installation? If they knew that it could be a future issue, they should have let me know before giving me the estimate and quoted me accordingly. After several back and forth emails they finally sent their repair team. The repair didn't work. I notified them two months ago that the gutters were still leaking... no response.  I contacted them again two weeks ago and so far no answers. I do not recommend Prime Seamless, even though they have amazing reviews. You truly learn about a company's customer service when you run into issues. read more

Prime Seamless Gutters and Roofing just completed replacing our roof and gutters. It was amazing how fast that crew was able to get the job done. They have at least 6 men on the job, we lost count, and they each have their own job to do and seem expert in their job. The gutters were removed on one day; the roof was completed on a different day, in seven hours start to finish! Then the gutter guys came to replace the gutters on yet a different day. We actually didn't need to be home, but being retired we were more comfortable being there watching. We are very pleased with the completed job. Clif, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and he sold us on the company; we had several estimates. Only complaint was a couple of gaps in work due to weather, and a little lack of communication at times. All was well in the end. We would recommend Prime Seamless Gutters and Roofing to our friends. read more
