I called them to se if they could take me the same day and they told me to come on in. I waited inside for about 30 minutes and a technician came out to let me know that the tire was irreparable but the damage was covered by their Road Hazard Warranty and they would put a NEW tire on for FREE! Always excellent service and good quality products with fair prices and above and beyond really which is how customer service should be. They take care of their clients and I am very grateful!

Their customer service is not that good. the guy at the counter tried to beat around the bush, so I drove over to commercial tire and they helped me out right away (faster and cheaper). their customer service was top-notch! excellent experience. I will never go to Les Schwab in Mountain Home again.
