Well we notice bolts falling from the doors. Noises. Doors open thinking kid pushed wrong side, not normal noises. We were in Seward on the boat and got notification the garage door was open. Sure enough our doors had been opening without any reason. What a security issue and safety. We suspected, and then got confirmation. We contacted the company. They said "no problem be out Tuesday." Took the day off from work.. no one showed, no one called! We called sent messages. Well the next am they said woods we forgot. Our apologies. We waited the next day! No one! Then they nailed down a time, the owner said he would be there. He came, fixed it, and then after saying NO CHARGE he charged him 400$. The best is that due to the INCORRECT way these EMPLOYEES who the owner said were "new and untrained" installed our doors is why we were having issues. The springs were on the wrong side, and other issues. Absolutely the worst company. Your doors can open when you're not home, been 2 years and door is falling apart, customer service is Horrible, not Alaskan, and will allow employees who are not correctly trained install doors, and then charge you for their awful business practice!
