Then they nailed down a time, the owner said he would be there. He came, fixed it, and then after saying NO CHARGE he charged him 400$. The best is that due to the INCORRECT way these EMPLOYEES who the owner said were "new and untrained" installed our doors is why we were having issues. The springs were on the wrong side, and other issues. Absolutely the worst company. Your doors can open when you're not home, been 2 years and door is falling apart, customer service is Horrible, not Alaskan, and will allow employees who are not correctly trained install doors, and then charge you for their awful business practice!
