Well we notice bolts falling from the doors. Noises. Doors open thinking kid pushed wrong side, not normal noises. We were in Seward on the boat and got notification the garage door was open. Sure enough our doors had been opening without any reason. What a security issue and safety. We suspected, and then got confirmation. We contacted the company. They said "no problem be out Tuesday." Took the day off from work.. no one showed, no one called! We called sent messages. Well the next am they said woods we forgot. Our apologies. We waited the next day! No one! Then they nailed down a time, the owner said he would be there. He came, fixed it, and then after saying NO CHARGE he charged him 400$. The best is that due to the INCORRECT way these EMPLOYEES who the owner said were "new and untrained" installed our doors is why we were having issues. The springs were on the wrong side, and other issues. Absolutely the worst company. Your doors can open when you're not home, been 2 years and door is falling apart, customer service is Horrible, not Alaskan, and will allow employees who are not correctly trained install doors, and then charge you for their awful business practice! Have all the receipts including messages to their company, where they acknowledge the incorrect installation, and the appointments ignored.

He tried to connect it to WiFI the day he installed it but wasn't able to. On his suggestion I went to GCI for an internet extender. After I picked the extender up he made an appointment to connect the WiFi to my app. Still couldn't so he told me to contact the company and see if they could help me to connect it. I let him know that I'm 66 years old with two bad knees and can't stand on a later with my cell phone in my left hand on the opener. He made two appointments with me and didn't show up and now he's ghosting me.
