I spoke to a representative and was told that they are still working on it and it should be ready soon. I told her that the prescription is time sensitive and if they can please fill it as soon as possible. She said that they are working on it right now and that it will be ready soon. I didn't hear back from them and called towards the end of the day to ask for an update. I was told by another representative that they actually do not have the item and that they placed an order for it. It should be available on Monday. When I told her the situation and that I was already told that it would be available today, she responded that they are not talking new patients at this time and that they should not even be filling my prescription. She said I should have called yesterday to see if they would accept my prescription and not assume they would fill it. Additionally during our conversation as I was explaining why this prescription was so important she started speaking to a customer. I would understand if it was an urgent matter but she was asking the customer how her day was going and mentioned she hadn't seen her in a while. I wish there was an option to provide 0 stars as a 1 star review is still too much credit for the experience I had.

Forget those other pharmacies, they don't even come close. I'm 80 and the pharmacist is always available to explain things. Usually same Pharmacist and he's really professional and happy to assist you . The ladies that work there are not dragging and burned out like the big chains. They are cheerful and great workers. I have not written a review of Carranza for fear that too many folks would flock there, but they deserve to be recognized. I would use this pharmacy if I lived miles away in Modesto. It should be noted that they are closed on weekends, but also noted they speak Spanish. It's a gem. Would you ever believe a Pharmacy was described as a gem. See for yourself.

My first visit left more questions because nothing could be detected, the office was searching for a specialist to refer me to when my symptoms became worse. On a Monday I was seen again and Dr. Andre was finally able to see that I suffered a retinal detachment. The staff worked hard to get me an emergency appointment for the retinal care center. My condition in less than week worsened to the point I had 20% vision left in my eye. The next day I was in surgery. Dr. Andre is an incredibly caring human and Doctor, he did everything in his power to get me in touch with the right people. Thank you.

I originally had a great deal of confidence in this practice because of Dr. Irish. He was the only…read moredoctor who was able to properly diagnose an eye issue I was having after I had seen about three other doctors elsewhere who could not figure it out. When my insurance changed, I had to seek care at other offices, and none of them were able to give me the correct diagnosis. Dr. Irish eventually did, which is why I was very disappointed to learn that he is no longer with the practice. A year or two ago, while Dr. Irish was still the doctor here, I had an appointment and went through the entire process of having my glasses ordered. The technician collected my payment and told me the glasses would be ordered. I knew glasses could take some time, so I waited. After about a month without hearing anything, I finally called and found out that my prescription request had simply been forgotten. I ended up requesting a refund. More recently, I have been trying to get another exam scheduled. My original appointment was in February, but because of a family emergency, I had to reschedule. I eventually got an appointment with Dr. Irish several months later. Then, shortly before that appointment, I was contacted and told it needed to be rescheduled again, this time until the end of August. During that conversation, I was also informed that Dr. Irish was no longer with the practice and that there was a new doctor. I was surprised because I had not previously been told that Dr. Irish had left. I decided to keep the appointment because the practice already had my records and history, and after waiting so long, I did not want to start over somewhere else. Unfortunately, today I was contacted again and told that the new doctor has jury duty, so my appointment needs to be rescheduled once again. I completely understand that things happen, and I do not blame the new doctor for having jury duty. I also want to be very clear that I have no opinion about the new doctor because I have not even had the opportunity to meet them yet. My frustration is with the repeated rescheduling and the communication surrounding these changes. I sincerely hope the new doctor is wonderful. My disappointment is really with the overall experience. A prescription request was forgotten while Dr. Irish was still practicing there, I had to request a refund, my exam has now been rescheduled twice, and I have been trying to get this exam since February. I also only found out that the doctor I trusted was no longer there when I was already being contacted about rescheduling my appointment. Dr. Irish gave me a reason to have confidence in this practice. I just wish the communication and follow-through had given me the same confidence.

Our doctor recommended an electric wheelchair and we found ourselves interacting with Premier Medical Supply. The first time Alan came around, we sent him back with an unsure response because we were unsure, but he was completely friendly and respectful, answering all of our questions as they came along. The next time he came, he got measurements and dealed with our insurance to get us a power wheelchair, and all that technical office mumbo jumbo. Again, great guy.He showed us the wheelchair he recommended for us, and all the color options. I think the hardest part for me was choosing the color out of the whole process. We went with a nice cherry red. Then, he brought the wheelchair and it was a great piece. Unfortunately, we wanted to use the 300lb chair upstairs, not downstairs. The next time Alan came, he brought along his crew and they dragged the chair up the stairs, and I can say it was not a easy thing to do, but they did it, as well as make minor adjustments they were unable to do the first time with my mom being upstairs and the chair being downstairs. Our overall experience was Premier Medical Supply was great, and if we need another wheelchair, I would definitely recommend them.
