My pharmacy can tell me exactly every request they have made to this office by date, whether it was via phone, email or electronic but this office claims they never received any requests. They are quick to argue but have no initiative to try and remedy the situation. I've repeatedly given them my updated pharmacy info and they claim they have it. During the last conversation with them they told me my secondary insurance is no longer accepted at their office. No letter sent to inform patients. Then they tell me that I have no longer have refills available and will need to make an appointment. I reminded them they don't accept my insurance any longer. They expect you to communicate through My Chart but either my emails are ignored or, if they do respond, often the emails are not signed so you have no idea who you're communicating with. Today I discovered my account was cancelled 10/2025 with no notice to me. How can a medical practice continue to see patients and prescribe medication when my account has been cancelled? The staff is incompetent and quick to argue. They behave as if they have no responsibility toward their patients and their care. Save your self some grief and go elsewhere.

I arrived early for my annual checkup with Frantz Alphonse, PA, and had filled out all the paperwork ahead of time online. I highly suggest this because it was probably the reason they got me in the exam room so quickly, like within 5 minutes after I checked in. I even got to meet my spouse's doctor, Dr. Steven M. Rudnick, MD, who was very nice and showed care and compassion for my spouse, who has been going through some recent extreme medical issues. I'm terrible with remembering names, but the woman who checked me in was very friendly, thorough, and very accommodating. She was fun to talk with, even while I waited a short while after my exam to get my blood drawn. The assistant who took my vitals was also friendly and very efficient in her work. The exam itself was very quick with Frantz, but he spent a good deal of time discussing my medical history and current issues, and finally, what the next steps would be. I really enjoyed meeting Frantz for the first time and look forward to his continuing care. The final step in my appointment was getting my blood drawn after I had fasted. The lady who drew my blood was very pleasant, fast, and there was no pain whatsoever! All in all, I felt like I was treated like family. I reviewed a lot of different places online before choosing this clinic that were within my medical plan. There are always people who complain about something. By the time I finally got ahold of the office to get the link, I was told it was an in person appointment and not a virtual! That is not what I was told when I talked to the service to book an appointment yesterday after waiting on hold for 2 hours to get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment! I was also told my prescription refill was called in to find out today it never had been! When I finally got connected with Sadia Houssin for my virtual appointment her camera didn't work. I was told I can see you but I couldn't see her. I explained to her I had sent 3 messages via my chart on the 9th and as of the 15, not a single one had been replied to. Her response was Im so glad we were able to connect today. (Well one sided Since her camera didnt work). I stated I had messaged her 3 times in my chart and had zero response to any if them! I finally called the office on the 15th and waited in hold 2 hours to reach a human to speak to. Then I was told they had a virtual appointment available and they would call im my medication refill. But then today I Found out it was supposed to be an in person appointment not virtual and no my medication refill had not been called in. When I was finally able to meet with the dr I was in complete tears thinking that I had missed my appointment because it was supposed to be online. Her response was just Im so glad we were able to meet today! Not im so sorry there was zero response to you messages for more then a week, or Im so sorry you were told your appointment was virtual but was actually booked as in person! I understand that business are short staffed and mistakes happen! But when telling my dr all of the issues that I experienced to get the appointment, the wrong info given, and all the issues experienced were completely side stepped is unacceptable! I need a doctor who actually listens to me and what Im truly saying and to appologize when her office completely drops the ball! The issue i am dealing with could be life-threatening and it was important! But even if it wasn't everyone needs to be heard! I will be looking for a new doctor.
