She is very responsive, answers emails, is willing to suggest a specialist whenever that fits, and she calls with lab results faster than any doctor I have had. While she only works three days a week (her family is important to her!), it is easy to work around her schedule. I really had to think hard about this review and honestly the more I thought about it the more…read morefrustrated I got. Initially I was very excited about this clinic because all the people were super nice and made me feel very welcome. Unfortunately after that initial impression it seemed like one issue after another. On my second visit, they gave my discharge paperwork to another patient, and gave me his. I noticed it as I was leaving but at that point the other person had already left. This is a pretty big HIPAA violation, I was willing to over look it, but looking back I should have ceased services. On my third visit they needed to draw more blood, the first time they drew blood the nurse that did it was excellent and listened to my needs however on this visit it was a different person. I attempted to explain how to get blood from me but was not listened to. After three people including the doctor digging around looking for a vein I was sent to a blood draw clinic and left with a huge bruise that didn't go away for almost a week. On my final visit the doctor wanted to talk about weight loss. I am a big guy and always have been, my health is perfect, but she was concerned. I explained that I was willing to explore this but I do not take drugs that are amphetamines or opioids because I am in recovery. The doctor assured me there would be options and suggested a drug with side effects that sounded very amphetamine-like, I expressed my concerns but felt like she wasn't hearing me. She said it wasn't and sent the script to my pharmacist. As soon as I left I looked it up and it sure was in the same family, with the same potential for abuse. I never picked up the meds As I left that time they asked to follow up in two weeks once I started the med. Because I never picked it up, I did not follow up. The appointment for follow up was on a Tuesday, I called the Thursday and Friday before leaving a message each time because no one answered, finally on Monday I got the receptionist and cancelled the appointment. Then I was charged a $50 no show fee. That was the last straw for me. I decided I would not go back. Not surprisingly a week later I got a bill for my appointments and the late fee and when I called to dispute it was told "it takes time to process insurance and the bill would not be changed" I was also told I had 10 days to pay it or it would go to collections. This hostility pissed me off. You give me repeated HIPPA violations and refuse to listen... It takes you weeks to bill me and you add on charges... but you want me to pay NOW. I don't think so. They can go ahead and send it to collections, it won't be the first or the last. That being said I recommend finding someone else. I went to Indigo after this and had just as friendly staff, quicker service, and was listened to when I shared my concerns.

My pharmacy can tell me exactly every request they have made to this office by date, whether it was via phone, email or electronic but this office claims they never received any requests. They are quick to argue but have no initiative to try and remedy the situation. I've repeatedly given them my updated pharmacy info and they claim they have it. During the last conversation with them they told me my secondary insurance is no longer accepted at their office. No letter sent to inform patients. Then they tell me that I have no longer have refills available and will need to make an appointment. I reminded them they don't accept my insurance any longer. They expect you to communicate through My Chart but either my emails are ignored or, if they do respond, often the emails are not signed so you have no idea who you're communicating with. Today I discovered my account was cancelled 10/2025 with no notice to me. How can a medical practice continue to see patients and prescribe medication when my account has been cancelled? The staff is incompetent and quick to argue. They behave as if they have no responsibility toward their patients and their care. Save your self some grief and go elsewhere.

But their service is good and so is the medical treatment. It just showed me they care more about their patients than how the place looked. I arrived early for my annual checkup with Frantz Alphonse, PA, and had filled out all the paperwork ahead of time online. I highly suggest this because it was probably the reason they got me in the exam room so quickly, like within 5 minutes after I checked in. I even got to meet my spouse's doctor, Dr. Steven M. Rudnick, MD, who was very nice and showed care and compassion for my spouse, who has been going through some recent extreme medical issues. I'm terrible with remembering names, but the woman who checked me in was very friendly, thorough, and very accommodating. She was fun to talk with, even while I waited a short while after my exam to get my blood drawn. The assistant who took my vitals was also friendly and very efficient in her work. The exam itself was very quick with Frantz, but he spent a good deal of time discussing my medical history and current issues, and finally, what the next steps would be. I really enjoyed meeting Frantz for the first time and look forward to his continuing care. The final step in my appointment was getting my blood drawn after I had fasted. The lady who drew my blood was very pleasant, fast, and there was no pain whatsoever! All in all, I felt like I was treated like family. I reviewed a lot of different places online before choosing this clinic that were within my medical plan. There are always people who complain about something. Not only is she grossly misinformed on diabetic care, she provides zero confidence when a question needs to be answered and has been caught googling standard information any real doctor would know during our Zoom appointments on more than one occasion. She and her MA also have the worse bedside manner I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. Not only are they both rude, I had a thyroid test done and literally had to beg to have my results read. I was told by her MA I had nothing wrong with my thyroid only to be informed by another provider I had Hoshimoto's thyroiditis.
