My first experience with this clinic was excellent! Yes, as another person mentioned, the clinic furnishings and style is a dated with older music playing. But their service is good and so is the medical treatment. It just showed me they care more about their patients than how the place looked. I arrived early for my annual checkup with Frantz Alphonse, PA, and had filled out all the paperwork ahead of time online. I highly suggest this because it was probably the reason they got me in the exam room so quickly, like within 5 minutes after I checked in. I even got to meet my spouse's doctor, Dr. Steven M. Rudnick, MD, who was very nice and showed care and compassion for my spouse, who has been going through some recent extreme medical issues. I'm terrible with remembering names, but the woman who checked me in was very friendly, thorough, and very accommodating. She was fun to talk with, even while I waited a short while after my exam to get my blood drawn. The assistant who took my vitals was also friendly and very efficient in her work. The exam itself was very quick with Frantz, but he spent a good deal of time discussing my medical history and current issues, and finally, what the next steps would be. I really enjoyed meeting Frantz for the first time and look forward to his continuing care. The final step in my appointment was getting my blood drawn after I had fasted. The lady who drew my blood was very pleasant, fast, and there was no pain whatsoever! All in all, I felt like I was treated like family. I reviewed a lot of different places online before choosing this clinic that were within my medical plan. There are always people who complain about something. I've been going to Lacey Medical Clinic on Ruddel Road for 20 years. They've recently been bought by Noble Physicians. I'm not impressed with the new ownership. Here's why. I had an xray on my foot. I was told that I would be contacted within a week as to whether I would be referred to PT or ortho. Five weeks later I was finally able to get back in after I made the appointment to folllow up. That was last Thursday. Arthritis... Talked to NP about possibility of R knee causing R foot pain. And agreed to write me a referral to Washington Ortho. She said that someone should contact me within a week. I waited a week then called WA ortho on Friday (8 days later). No referral. I called LMC and asked if they sent one. After some time to research the answer I was told "Yes. We sent one." But when I pressed for a date, I was then told, "oops. That's was in November (remember the earlier appointment for my foot?). So the referral for my knee didn't go out for over a week and probably wouldn't have had I not called and followed up. I wouldn't call that good service. And then there's the prescription problem. Ants sane appointment last week I asked for a prescription refill. Again, a week later I followed up with the pharmacy. Same story. Nothing sent over to them. I had to call LMC to get it sent over a week after it was supposedly ordered by the Nurse Practitioner. I don't know if it was just the NP I was seeing or LMC staff that dropped the ball twice. At any rate, you need to follow up on everything if you expect results. read more

Made an online appointment for my husband's first Covid vaccine for Friday, 3/5 @ 3:15 and when he arrives he's met at the door telling him all vaccines are gone. If all the vaccines are gone CALL us so he can skip the two hour round trip drive! Don't schedule appointments if you DON'T have enough vaccines. Or what really happened with the vaccines??!! It seems very sketchy that he's not the only one this happened to..... Gave a one star only so I could post they deserve zero stars. read more

Awful. Came in for help with a problem I have been treated for over the past 7 years. At this clinic, I was told by the doctor that he "doesn't like prescribing" the medication I needed and that I should try to stop taking it. He also gave me the fake sympathy look when I talked to him and refused to refer me to a specialist to get more help. I was treated as a person seeking drugs rather than a person who needed help. The clinic forces their patients to sign a form that indicates they will not see other providers or get prescriptions elsewhere while under the care of the clinic. Essentially, everyone is treated as a potential criminal right off the bat. Unfortunately, the support staff are not competent, either. My prescription was faxed to multiple pharmacies before they got the correct one. I wish I had never gone to this clinic at all. read more

I don't understand all the bad reviews, I have been going to this clinic for about 2 and 1/2 years, I have never waited long to be seen, 5 minutes at the most. The medical assistants are always friendly, and get your vital signs and intake questions done quickly but it never feels rushed. Never Going Back! I had to take the day off work with some serious back pain and a history of back pain (sciatica) the doctor i saw put some viable solutions on the table. An MRI to see if it is still the sciatica bothering me or if it had progressed into something else. He also suggested sending me to a pain management clinic for help but after each thing he suggested he said "lets just put that in our pocket and save it for later" i advised him that he was being awfully cavalier with other peoples pain he then said "if you still have pain in 6-8 WEEKS we will start looking for solutions! WTf! In the end i hobbled out of there with a phone number for an acupuncturist because I suggested it. I spent the next two weeks in pain, ive since switched to another practice Ps. A woman from this office called me and told me to DOUBLE the medication I was currently taking. I told her the doctor doubled it when I last saw him just two weeks earlier. That would have made it FOUR TIMES the amount I was taking just two weeks earlier. She had attitude about why I would question something. I think she was looking at my chart when I heard her say "oops" and hung up on me. They've called me in the past and wanted to talk about my recent visit with the doctor and I hadn't even had an appointment in months. When I told them I hadn't seen the doctor, attitude again. Horrible!!! Not only is there equipment out dated and never works there staff is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and doesn't return phone calls. Everybody who works there is unfriendly! Kayla the girl who answers the phone has no clue what good customer service is who ever is the office manager should be ashamed. They make you feel guilty for having them to do there job. They need to all be fired and get new staff. There is no welcoming feeling about this place! I would pass on this place! There is one doctor and one nurse that I encountered that were nice that's it! Rude front end staff. Never called with blood test results. Never followed up after prescribing a serious medication. Had to go to specialist and they lowered this med as was causing a problem. I will never set foot in this office again. Never been treated worse. No pun intended. There are many other incidents, but I think you get the point. read more

As much as I wanted to have faith in this clinic and ignore their bad rep, I don't have any anymore patience left with them. There are some staff members that are friendly, although the receptionist comes off a bit rude, the staff is very inexperienced. I've been with this clinic for quite awhile and every time I went in they took tests, got their money, and called me back to say the test were negative and I never heard back from them again to help find a solution to my problem. I know being a primary doctor is tough but the bottom line is, they don't get personal with you, they don't strive to find the cause of the problem, and again their inexperienced. read more

This place is horrible. My first issue was I had bloodwork drawn and couldn't get them to give me the results over the phone. The medical assistant was rude when I asked and insisted I needed to have an appointment to come in and see the doctor to get my results. I made an appointment. I then received a message of an appointment reminder on my answering machine for my appointment 4/30 at 9:20. I showed up on 4/30 at 9:00, only to be told that my appointment was 4/29 and I had missed it. I played the recording for them and they rescheduled my appt, but over the weekend I got a certified letter telling me they were terminating me as a patient for a no-show appt on 4/29. When I called today to get it straightened out, the "office manager" in charge accused me of faking the recording. It was clearly the desk assistant's voice on the recording and they knew that, but were suspicious "because she didn't leave the date" as if I can control what their assistant leaves as a message. This was clearly a mistake on their part, and even though I was inconvenienced 2 hours of my day, I was willing to just move forward with my new appt. But no, rather than admitting to their mistake, they took the extra step of terminating me. Not acceptable. Be careful of offices that feel their patients are disposable. I wish I didn't have to rate them. We just moved back after being gone awhile, I needed a new provider for medication. I scheduled an apt, had to cancel due to being in the hospital for kidney stones, I was told the would kindly wave my 75$ fee and RS, I though ok well nobody told me there was a fee I'd I didn't give a full 24 hours. I was send back to ER due to sepsis I called today to cancel the RS knowing full well my doctor wasn't releasing me, the receptionist was very rude and I basically told her I would find another provider if they want to act that way. Changing providers fast. I lost all trust when they tried to mix meds that are Contra indicated. They also knew I had high blood pressure but failed to do something chalking it up to anxiety until I got really sick. Don't get me started on their billing dept. They are extremely rude here. I still can't believe I have tolerated their incompetence this many years. Probably because I avoided having to go to them as much as possible. God forbid if you are upset about something and want answers- their staff will talk about you behind your back and even the doctor will do the same to your face. They are all about intimidation, and they NEVER answer any questions, they go around it with vague statements. Who ever Robin is, receptionist or assistant, talks back to you and instead of being of any value tells you "to go somewhere else". The doctor(Cynthia Cameli) talks back to you instead of being professional when you have questions and never answers you question, and the staff is ignorant. They will tell you they didn't get something, then you force them to check (I.e. results from another doctor sent to them) and they will have it. And do it every time and argue with you until you make them check. The doctor will tell you one thing, then refuse to acknowledge she ever said it, then 20 min into a conversation offer an option that you were just referring to that she denied.I refuse to be bullied and treated like a nuisance rather than a patient with concerns that need answers without personal bias.
