Rather than go on a diatribe about the office staff (front desk) and office manager, I believe her name was Janette, I have to believe there are many other Medical facilities in and around Olympia where you will be treated with common decency. Without all the details, I was stunned by the immediate defensive attitude of the office manager when I inquired as to why I was told my appointment was at 6:45 am (I arrived early as you do for a 1st visit), when in fact they won't open the doors until 6:45 am, so I waited in my car for 30 minutes. "Just wait in your car with the motor running." and "It's not even cold today." It was 36 degrees. I was also told I would have my annual physical (the whole reason I made the appointment) before I came in, but when I got there I was told I'd have to come back for that, that this was just a meet and greet. I can't comment on the doctors as I never saw them. I wasn't going to stay after being treated this way. Hard to describe in words how hostile they reacted to my asking questions about the offices communication. Guess they aren't used to being called out on their condescending behavior. read more

Wow I am so happy I found this place. I have only gone twice so far, already the receptionist knows me by name. The first time I only sat down for a few minutes before I was taken to my room and the second time they took me in right away. The nurse is really nice and made me feel very comfortable. I didn't get her name. Dr. March is really good and she really knew what questions to ask to find out what was wrong with me. I am so happy I found Dr. March. She is so professional and seems like a really wonderful person! I will definitely be coming again. Also the office looks really nice. It doesn't really seem like a medical office with how nicely decorated it is. They take a lot of pride in their business! I definitely recommend. read more

Great doctors office. The last few doctors I've had have made me sit a long time for my appointment but this was not the case here. After helpful conversations with Brianna, and extremely rude conversations with a woman named Vicki, I finally got my first appointment scheduled with Dr. March. Brianna and I spoke on the phone after scheduling, and she called the day before to confirm and left a message. I called back, left a message to confirm that I was coming. When I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork, there was a sign that appeared on the front counter that said, if you're a new patient of Dr. marches and have not brought your prescription bottles with you to the appointment, you will have to reschedule. I brought this up to Vicki right away, because After about half a dozen voice to voice communications, and many traded voicemails confirming my appointment, scheduling it, asking about the nature of it, insurance information etc., this was not ever communicated to me. I think one prescription, it would've been fairly easy for me to grab that bottle on the way out. I actually have pictures of it on my phone, but that was not good enough. When I said something to Vicki, her first response was, well we couldn't get a hold of you. Excuse me? We've been in constant communication, my cell phone & your office, both trading voicemails and voice to voice communication and this was never ever relayed to me. And somehow when I bring it up it's my fault? I'm not reachable? I said something like no, my voicemail works, and I've talked to your staff all week. She went back to check and see if she could make it work, and came back about two minutes later and said no, we will have to reschedule. I left. I will not be rescheduling with an office front staff who creates an experience of blame in which the patient is at fault for an entire wasted day of scheduling. If you're looking forward to rude front desk staff, extremely limited hours, and being blamed for the oversight and direct incompetence of the staff, go ahead and sign up to be a new patient at this office. read more

With out a doubt one of the worst doctors I've Seen in my life is clearly there just to charge you and you insurance co. Costa problems with them and ins. Co. No follow up, tells you to come back in 4 days so they can charge ins. Co. Again, then gives you meds they should of in the first place. Just all round horrible experience. read more

I am a Dr. Eric Klein patient who went in to see him regarding a spot on my leg that I was concerned about. Apparently Dr. March has had extra training in dermatology, so he brought her in to look at the spot and she said that they should biopsy it to see if it was a skin cancer. I was expecting to be rescheduled to come in a different day but she asked if I could wait a couple minutes and as soon as she was done seeing her patient she would do the biopsy... SAME DAY!! I waited no more then 10 minutes and she had me back and ready to go. Procedure was quick, and I was glad I went in because it ended up being a skin cancer I needed to have removed. She called me herself with the results and did the referral SAME DAY AGAIN!!! This clinic is the best, you don't find doctors like this these days. Dr. Klein is funny and friendly, addresses my problems and monitors my long standing health issues. He remembers EVERYTHING and I never have left this office feeling unheard or unsure. I recommend both doctors highly!! The staff is friendly and they all feel like family. read more
