The day of my child's appointment I get a phone call from my ex-wife saying that it was only partially paid when I specifically told them I was paying for it all several months ago. When I look back at all the paperwork I received on the day I went into the CNO office there was nothing on my paperwork saying that only half had been paid. I feel like I was scammed and mislead. I feel like this needs to be known as for some other unexpected person may not be able to afford to be treated in such a manner. Not all of us are able to have the Funds of a Doctor or Dentist.

They seem to have no real knowledge of how to do their job. My first visit, I had to go home and fill out my paperwork because they couldn't figure out how to get me logged in on the computer and they don't have paper forms. They use a cell phone to take photos and then tell you they will call you. I'm still waiting 6 months later for a phone call. While I sat in the lobby, the employees would come up front and gossip. The whole office shuts down for a week around every major holiday, which is obviously when kids are most available for appointments. Their hours are non-existent, and you never know when they are really there or not. It seems to be open maybe 3 hours in the morning and 3 in the afternoon and closed on Fridays. The receptionist staff is rude and ineffective. I called to confirm an appointment time and location and they failed to tell me I was confirming the wrong day- just told me the location of the appointment marking me drive 45 miles out of my way for no reason. My daughter constantly complains that the assistant who works on her stabs her with her fake nails and is totally unaware when she's causing her pain. I cannot wait for this to be done. My son needs braces in a year or so but there's no way we are going back. Because you pay upfront- you have little or no recourse to choose another orthodontist once you start. You are their hostage and they don't care if you are served or not once they have your money. Go somewhere else.
