We had been quoted by our office and another that the insurance would cover everything 100%. This office however said it was going to be 150.00 today and they were going to split up the appointments instead of doing both sides at once. I questioned this along with the cost and told them I was going to call my husband and discuss what they had told me with him. I call him and I'm interrupted mid conversation saying that Dr. Donna was going to send in for her more antibiotics but that we should take her somewhere else To have the teeth extracted. Not only did I drive 25 minutes there, but it wasn't even left up to me as her parent what route I wanted to take because I decided to question them when things weren't adding up. They could have cared less about my daughter all they cared about was getting money from my insurance and prolonging getting the infected teeth out. I would not recommend.

Safety measures are in place at this office. You must call when you arrive to limit capacity and for COVID-19 screening questions. When the staff is ready for you, you walk inside and get your temperature checked. Everyone is spaced apart and dividers are in place to ensure patients are separated from one another. While there is usually a play room and lots of old and new video games, they have all been removed due to COVID-19. I look forward to their return one day.
