I have been with Justice Dental for over 5 years and every time I walk into Justice Dental, I am always greeted by Bridget, who always has a big smile on her face. She is always so kind and upbeat. Very rarely do I ever see her without a smile on her face. I have seen 3 different techs: Tristan, Laurie & Angie. Every single one of them have been kind, amazing, thorough and professional. I have gotten to know them and they have always made me feel welcome and like family. Tiffany, one of the checkout gals, has also been very nice and kind. She has always been willing to help out me and my husbands billing issues or just general questions. Dr Thompson has been my Dentist throughout this time as well. He has seen me through removing my wisdom teeth, cavities, Invisalign, whitening my teeth and just overall teeth health. I recommend him as a great Dentist. Their facilities are always clean, including their bathroom. If you are looking for a dentist, please consider Dr Thompson, or any of the other Dentist's that are on staff. read more

Be careful you don't get cheated like I was. Justice misled me and cost me $400 by telling me they had a dentist that would accept my insurance. After treatment I discovered they charged me $400 more than I would have been charged from a dentist who truly did accept my insurance. After several calls to Justice where they gave me false information and changed their story three times, they refused to honor their agreement, In addition, while reviewing my charges, I discovered they charged me twice for a $100 service. They did refund this after I brought this to their attention. Needless to say I do NOT recommend them. read more

The staff are wonderful, as is the care. My issue is that every time I go, they suggest more procedures that cost thousands of dollars. Even the custom biteguard was priced at $1650. I googled that. AI says that average cost in Lexington, Ky runs from $200 to $800. read more

Genuinely, best dentist visit ever considering I needed to have 8 cavities filled. I've sat in a dentist operation chair a little more than I like to admit. As a byproduct, I've become somewhat familiar with their procedures and both Dr. Dar and Kimberly were exceptional. From start to finish, it was done right and their work was beyond thorough. My husband had a disaster! his front tooth crown fell out at dinner and the next day was filled with festivities connected with a wedding we were attending. it was our good fortune to be sitting right near Dr Lasheen, who had retired from the practice l. Quick as a flash he arranged an appointment for my husband At 6:30 am the next morning. I do not normally leave online reviews for anything, but today was different. I Just had the best cleaning experience of my adult life today at Justice Dental on Wellington way, Lexington, KY. Lindsay was my dental hygienist and I cannot say enough great things about her expertise, professionalism and how she made me feel completely comfortable with the procedure, which I used to dread at other dentists! And my dentist, Dr Kelly Warren, is also incredible. I suggest you give them a chance to earn your trust too. This place is amazing, I never thought I would be saying something like this about a dentist's office. Extremely professional , very polite and really want your business. They give each of their new patients more than just a welcome bag with a free toothbrush, floss and trial-sized tooth paste... they had a great insulated ice-tea reusable glass and a handwritten note personally thanking me for choosing their practice for my teeth! April the dental hygienist was very thorough, explained everything extremely well and basic (which I needed), took 18 picture of my teeth and used a salt-in-the-back of my throat trick to keep me from gagging while taking all the 18 shots! Each of the hygienists personally walk each of their patients to the check out person and shakes your hand and thanks you for the business personally. read more

I would not recommend Justice Dental. I had my first appointment at Justice after moving to Lexington and was told I had 10 cavities and needed 2 crowns. The "treatment plan" would be four payments of $700. I have had less than 5 cavities in my life, so having 10 cavities at once and needing two crowns seemed a little skeptical. I decided to travel back to see my regular dentist to get a second opinion. Turns out I only had 1 cavity!! I felt taken advantage of from Justice Dental since I was a new patient. I have heard similar stories from others about this place after asking around. Please be vigilant with your first visit and don't get unnecessary, expensive dental work done. read more

I was really nervous about finding a dentist, because I had a lot of work that needed to be done, but I really can't say enough about Pearson & Justice. They did an extremely careful, gentle job on my teeth, and all their equipment in their office is state of the art, including a new x-ray machine. read more

What you don't see might be what you get. While Dr. Justice and her associates have beautiful smiles don't let that fool you. She did not provide a beautiful smile for my lovely wife. Very disappointed and I would never express that to my wife. Implants were recommended before Dr. Justice took over but she went with veneers which are bulky. Bottom line, she should have provided clear expectations of intended end results. My wife put her complete faith in the "expert". She suffered for months with the whole process to get things a little better than when she started. But the hopeful result of a beautiful smile did not happen. Very disappointed spouse read more

Save your money. Seek other qualified cosmetic dentist in the area. Pearson and Justice do not stand behind their work. After paying almost 30 thousand dollars, this practice took me for a ride and then refused to see me when things went bad with my smile make over. read more
