    Similar to others that have had poor experiences, we lost $1,000 to this crook. Put down a 50%…read moredeposit in January 2018 (my mistake obviously) for an extremely basic chain link fence. Was told there was 2 jobs ahead of me and our fence should be up in a couple weeks. After extremely poor and unprofessional communication via text (James will NOT answer the phone once he has your cash) for the next 3 months and multiple failed promises of installation dates, I requested my deposit back in April 2018. James refused a refund as if his lack of professionalism was my problem, not his. I filed a complaint with BBB that he ignored. The man is a fraud. Please don't be played a fool like myself and many others; do your research and hire a real company with a proven track record. It's worth the extra money.

He required a deposit of $125.00 which I gave. He stated that since this would be a small job it would not take long to complete it and would have someone here to begin the job in approximately a week. After a couple of weeks and several reminder calls, a couple of men came out and set up the post. They said they would be back in approximately two days, giving the concrete time to set up. A couple of weeks later and still no one returned. Calls to "Joel" required leaving a message...none of which were ever returned. Other employees answered and gave various reasons as to why I was still waiting for the gate. I was told that an error had been made in the measuring, but that had been corrected and they would be out in a few days. I was told they had to make the gate themselves and they would be out in a few days. I was told they had to order the gate and it should arrive in a week. This has gone on for weeks. The company never initiated a call to me. I considered the responses to be rather inappropriate and weak, but what could I do? Finally, my brother-in-law spoke with someone today and was treated somewhat disrespectfully. The person actually said that if we did not like their service my money would be returned and I could find another company to do the job. I find this baffling!!! I have no idea how they can run a business in this manner and actually manage to remain in business. I gratefully accepted a refund which is supposed to be mailed to me (we will see); and will simply look for another company to do this job. I dislike being critical of others. However, this is no way for a company to treat its customers. I feel like others need to be aware of my experience in hopes it will prevent them from going through a similar experience.
