I had…read moreadmittedly been delinquent on washing the exterior of our house because past pressure washers I used have broken something on our house every time - doorbell cameras (yes, multiple times), glass from our outdoor lights, security camera, etc. Will and Kyle came out and took care of cleaning our roof (which I didn't realize needed cleaning untill I looked at their website and found out that moss is not good for roof tiles). They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. I will definitely be getting our house pressure washed regularly now that I have found The Pressure Washing Guys.

Clean Out Pros LLC REFUSED to provide their license number…read more There is no record of the company in Contractors State License Board, https://cslb.ca.gov I made a mistake of hiring Clean Out Pros LLC for a roof repair after reading the positive Yelp reviews. Josh from Clean Out Pros LLC is unreachable, so, I can only leave a review here. SUMMARY The roof repair failed in the next rain following the repair, Clean Out Pros came out to inspect the leak (in the same area they repaired) and said a larger area of the roof would need to be re-roofed since the house "shifted". I hired a licensed contractor to repair the same roof area, only to discover the repair work was not done correctly, the new waterproofing paper was installed on top of the old waterproofing paper and the actual repair area is smaller than what was quoted, missing the actual water intrusion point. DETAILS Clean Out Pros LLC performed roof repair work, and the repair was provided with a written ten-year warranty as reflected on the invoice. I relied on Clean Out Pros LLC's representations regarding the quality of the repair and the warranty coverage when he retained your company. Unfortunately, the repair proved defective. Beginning on or about October 14, 2025, following rainfall, water intrusion and leaking occurred in the same area that had been repaired by Clean Out Pros LLC. The leak continued during subsequent rain events. I contacted Josh from Clean Out Pros LLC regarding the problem. On or about October 21, 2025, Clean Out Pros LLC inspected the area and advised that the prior repair was adequate and that a larger area of the roof would need to be re-roofed. Concerned by this explanation, I obtained independent inspections from several licensed contractors. The inspections revealed significant deficiencies in the work performed by Clean Out Pros LLC, including: 1. Waterproofing paper was improperly installed on top of existing paper rather than underneath it, contrary to applicable roofing standards and resulting in water being able to flow beneath the new material and enter the home; 2. Damaged plywood was only partially replaced, leaving portions of damaged material in place; 3. The repaired area was substantially smaller than the area represented and promised, comprising approximately seventy percent (70%) of the agreed repair scope. I retained a licensed contractor to correct the defective work in the same area, the licensed contractor actually charged $2300 LESS than Clean Out Pros LLC, and the leak stopped completely.

And there were a few bids slightly cheaper than Frank's. However, he explained that he also applies sealant as well during his service. I am glad I went with him, he did an amazing job. There was even a solidified, complete dry 6x6 inch area of stucco directly on a few of the pavers. Frank did a thorough job in removing the stucco and all the debris that was left over from construction. He took his time and really showed attention to detail. He was super easy to communicate with the entire time (before and during service). If I ever need power washing again, I won't use anyone else. I highly recommend!!

I used this service to clean my solar panels. I was very happy with the service, they did a great job and got all the bee pollen off as well which I was concerned about, requires a bit more effort. While they were up there I asked them if they could clean my dryer vent and they were very accommodating at minimal extra cost. I will use this service again. He had three appointments ahead of mine that ended up taking longer than expected, but he proactively let me know he was running behind. I really appreciated the communication. He still arrived within the updated time frame he promised. Jake cleaned our 16 solar panels in about 30 minutes, took before-and-after photos, and cleaned up the area when he was finished. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. The job was fast, but definitely not rushed--the panels looked great. The results were immediate. Our solar production increased from 2.6 kWh to 4.2 kWh, a 60%+ improvement just from having the panels cleaned. Before the cleaning, we were only producing around 3.5 kWh during peak hours, and the post-cleaning reading of 4.2 kWh was taken in the morning. I can't wait to see how much energy they'll produce this afternoon. Highly recommend Jake if you're looking for someone who's reliable, communicative, fairly priced, and delivers excellent results.

The two-man crew arrived on time, was friendly and professional, took great care while working inside the house, and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. The windows looked dramatically better afterward. What impressed me most was their honesty. A few of the older double-pane windows have failed seals, and they explained that no amount of cleaning could remove the cloudiness between the panes. They also found that several of the old window screens had deteriorated to the point where they couldn't be safely reinstalled and took the time to explain why. There was also a small misunderstanding about what I meant by the patio cover when we scheduled the job. Once they saw it, they actually offered to remove the extra charge because it wasn't what they had expected. Since they still took the time to clean it as best they could, I asked them to leave the charge on the invoice. From scheduling through completion, communication was excellent. I really appreciate businesses that do quality work, communicate honestly, and treat customers fairly. I'd definitely hire them again.
