I had a wonderful experience with PIP back in October. It was a few days before my wedding, and my husband and I had slacked on getting ceremony programs and some signage made. We discovered on the Tuesday or Wednesday before our wedding on a Saturday, much to our dismay, that Staples could not promise us the prints in time. We began madly searching for a print shop that could, and we found PIP. Chuck from PIP stayed after close with us to go over our options and answer our questions. I worked on a 44-page booklet project and wasn't quite sure if it would print the way I envisioned it. When I submitted the work, Chuck, who is excellent to work with, took time to discuss the specs with me and even sent over a tutorial about bleed edges, via email. Once we received the hard copy proof, I was very pleased with the color, quality and print of the booklet. Chuck turned it around so quickly and has been consistent with excellent customer service, following-up answering my questions and expediency in completing the project. I submitted the final version for print in the afternoon and he had it completed in the same day. This PIP was recommended by a colleague and I give them a 5-star review. They were so willing to also work with us on the price, even in the midst of the challenge's businesses are facing during this awful pandemic. I'm so happy I found a local printer to help me with all my marketing materials. Pip's is awesome they have great prices and get the job done. They work quickly and efficiently by staying in constant contact with me for my projects. I was so happy when I picked up my final product, and relieved they asked me questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Amazing customer service by the PIP team. Called Chuck at 5 pm on Friday night for a last minute custom printing job of 2 large banners (3' x 5'). His can do attitude was outstanding, as he stayed until late in the evening to produce the banners. The finished product was excellent. We have our annual Puppapalooza dog show coming up and this is our 2nd year of working with Dave Callahan and his staff. When we asked about borderless printing, they said that it would require a lot of extra cost, so we decided we could live with a border.
