Marc is amazing! We noticed a slow leak from our bathroom sink late one afternoon, found him…read moreonline, called, and he arrived within 30 mins to assess the situation (note: he was already closing up for the day but happily made the drive over to help us). The infrastructure in our home is very outdated and Marc drove to four different stores in one day to find the right parts for everything (plus an Amazon order for a part that wasn't available on island). He fixed the leak and was even able to fix our shower handle that hasn't worked properly for at least 4 years. 3 other plumbers had said it wasn't possible to do without tearing apart the wall and replacing the pipes. Marc took the time to R&D and got it done for us, quickly too. So grateful that he didn't give up on it. Such a nice and genuine guy. He'll definitely be our go to moving forward, especially as we think about renovations!
