I called at 730 to cancel because my son is sick and I have to take him to the Dr. When the woman who answered the phone said "so you want to cancel" I said yes and apologized for the late notice. Her response "yea, whatever" and hung up! So rude and 100% not necessary. Side note, they charge $150 per hour just to come give you a quote!
