They are remodeling part of the club so we chose to eat in the bar which was functional and not pretentious as some clubs are. Our server, Dominc, was terrific. He greeted us warmly at the door, told us a little about the club given we were visiting and then proceeded to tell us what he liked on the menu which I always appreciate. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the salmon with mashed potatoes and spinach topped with crab and it was some of the best salmon I have had. My friend had a steak which was also perfectly prepared. And then just when I though I couldn't eat anymore, Dominic suggested their coconut cake. OMG! I love coconut so this cake with a center of coconut cream pie filling was unbelievable! I was only going to eat a bite but I finished the whole thing! It was dark so the view from inside was just darkness but I am hoping to go back on a beautiful day and sit outside on the patio and watch the world sail by. Service was over the top the way it should be at a private club. Since we were visiting this club, when we checked in at the front, the entire team came out to welcome us and as the local resident, they even took it as an opportunity to share with me how I could join the club it I wanted. Speaking of service, parking is valet out front and I loved that the valet graciously helped an older woman who was unsteady on her feet and was looking for something that she thought she had left in her car. He made sure she was safe on a bench and then went looking for the item which never showed up. But he made sure she had someone with her. I'll end where I began in my love for private clubs. The adage, "yu get what you pay for" is certainly true here. Can't wait to go again and see what the new addition offers. Sounds like it will be done in March 2024.

We came all the way from Connecticut to Florida to get married and it did not disappoint. The weather was perfect and the venue was gorgeously decorated exactly as we asked. The gazebo, patio and open areas are very comfortable. We had about 25 people in attendance and everybody commented at how beautiful the place was. Frank and Katheryn did everything from flowers, bouquet and decor to music and champagne toast. If you're looking for a place to have a simple put amazing wedding experience visit this place. It's worth it.

It's very upbeat, exciting and unique. They have three, that's right three different bar scenes at the venue! They have an outdoor patio that has a bar, tons of seats, and a food truck with nice food options. They also have an indoor sports bar that has a mellow DJ a ton of cool lighting and so many tvs to watch any game! They don't have draft beer but they are a full service bar and extremely friendly. The bartenders were super nice and made you feel welcomed. The most interesting side is the nightclub side that has tons of lighting and starts the vibes at 10pm and goes until 3pm on weekend nights. I found it super exciting, lively and they offer tables and bottle service but also have a full bar on that side too. I really think they built a 10/10 venue here and I hope everyone finds out about it to explore this new hidden Flagler village gem. I do think it may be the best bar in town now considering how it has three themed bars throughout the venue. I can't wait to go back again soon.

Dearest Gentle Reader,…read more There was once a time when The Hub was a most cherished establishment, a place where one could gather, converse, and enjoy the evening without much fuss. Alas, following its grand revamp and reopening, one cannot help but wonder whether the spirit of the old venue was left behind with the renovations. During a recent visit, I observed a most curious social custom: gentlemen being ushered ahead of ladies in the bathroom queue by security personnel. One might forgive an isolated incident, but watching a security guard permit the gentleman behind me to skip the line, only to then engage in commentary with his companions, felt less like professional conduct and more like a particularly immature schoolyard affair. Fort Lauderdale may be known for its diverse and vibrant community, but professionalism ought to remain impartial regardless of who walks through the door. Favoritism, perceived or otherwise, leaves a poor impression on those simply waiting their turn. Beyond this, the drinks command prices fit for nobility while offering little in return, seating and social spaces seem scarce, and the crowd appears increasingly youthful--so much so that one occasionally wonders whether everyone present has truly reached the age of admission. In all, while the new Hub may boast a fresh appearance, it lacks much of the charm, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere that made its predecessor beloved. One can only hope that future seasons see a return to the qualities that earned patrons' loyalty in the first place. Bring back the old Hub. Yours in disappointment, A Former Admirer

It looked like a bar without the bells and whistles so that is why we chose here to stop. There were cute booths so I grabbed one while hubs grabbed menus. We visited in the late afternoon so it was not busy, which was great for us. I was excited to order the Frozen Irish Coffee because we had a drink like this in Key West and it was so good. The Frozen Irish Coffee here was very good and comparable to the other drink I had. Hubs tried mine and agreed. I decided to go with the Frozen Paloma for my next drink. It was hot out so it sounded refreshing, which it was! I really enjoyed the ambiance here and of course the drinks were great. The service was okay. We went up to the bar to order our drinks but I believe they do have table service. I believe at night this place is very active. I think there are DJs on certain nights as well.

Both the ceremony and reception areas feel intimate yet truly breathtaking. I don't typically leave reviews to criticize businesses, but rather to bring awareness so others can make informed decisions. Unfortunately, our experience had a significant issue that needs to be shared. During the wedding rehearsal on Thursday, the venue was extremely hot. When I asked a staff member about the air conditioning, I was told that nothing was wrong with the system and that it simply hadn't been turned on prior to the rehearsal. We were reassured that everything would be cool and comfortable on the day of the wedding. However, on the actual wedding day, both the ceremony and reception were just as hot--if not worse. There was no effective air conditioning. It became so warm that the bride's cake actually started to melt. The staff attempted to help by setting up a couple of fans, but with over 150 guests in attendance, this was nowhere near sufficient. We brought the issue to the staff's attention again and were told it would be addressed, but unfortunately, nothing changed. Because of this, I feel it's important to share this experience with future couples considering this venue. While it is undeniably beautiful, please book with caution. Your guests may be extremely uncomfortable due to the heat. Given the cost of renting this space, working air conditioning should absolutely be a standard expectation.

The ceremony took place in a room covered in chandeliers- I loved it! I will say that the place is small but for a wedding with less than 100 guest I thought it was perfect. Cocktail hour was amazing. They offered countless of drinks and appetizers. The room where the reception was taken place was also decorated nicely. Now onto the bad, the bathrooms need improvement and should've been cleaned before the event took place; it was truly disgusting. The food that was offered was cold and bland but that's wedding food for you. I'm sure the DJ and photographer came with the ballroom but we just were not impressed with the Dj song selection.
