I was a member of a social club across the street that had coworking space but they "nickel and dime" you on everything whereas with Industrious, everything (meaning amenities) is included. Love the complimentary breakfast and the snack hour at 2pm. It's super helpful when you're on the go and don't have time to get breakfast or run out to get a snack. It allows me to focus on work. Other amenities I enjoy are the complimentary coffee, sodas, snacks that are available all day. I love the fact that they have a fruit bowl, kudos for healthy options! And the fact that I can stay as late as I need to is also a nice flexibility. Although the staff leave at the end of the day, I can still stick around to finish up any late meetings or finish up any other work. The decor is modern, upscale, the lighting with the large windows is very conducive to work. Brian and Ebert are amazing and super helpful! Whenever I have a question, they are always so quick and willing to help with anything.

**1 Star - Regus is giving contradictory and false information about my $2,109.20 retainer refund**…read more I moved out of my Regus office on August 1, 2026, after my agreement ended July 31. I submitted the Return of Retainer request on August 4 and provided my current bank information for the refund. My account was reconciled and shows a $0 balance. Regus initially confirmed that my $2,109.20 retainer was being refunded by ACH to my current bank account. I was also told that September 9, 2026 was the latest date I should expect to receive the money. September 9 passed and I still had not received the refund. Then, after I followed up, a Regus representative gave me a completely different explanation. I was told that the $2,109.20 had supposedly been refunded on August 12 to a credit card ending in 8971. **That statement is false. No refund was made to that card.** The card had been closed and was no longer my account for months before August 12. More importantly, that explanation conflicts with Regus's own stated refund procedure. Regus's Help information specifically states that retainer refunds are processed by **bank/wire transfer directly into the customer's bank account**, and the Return of Retainer process requires the customer to provide their bank information. I provided my current bank information through that process. I have also received written confirmation from other Regus representatives that the $2,109.20 was being sent by ACH to my current bank account. I now have multiple contradictory explanations from Regus regarding the exact same $2,109.20. I have asked Regus to provide actual proof of the alleged August 12 refund -- including the payment/transaction reference and evidence that funds were actually transmitted and received -- rather than simply pointing to an internal accounting entry. At this point, the issue is no longer simply that a refund is taking too long. **Regus is providing contradictory information about what happened to my money, including an explanation that conflicts with its own stated refund procedure.** I am willing to update this review if Regus resolves the matter and actually returns my $2,109.20. Until then, this has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. **Regus: Please return the $2,109.20 and provide a clear, verifiable accounting of what happened to the funds.**

From 3D printing to laser cutting they have a little bit of everything if you are a crafter. The instructors are there to help you and guide you through understanding all the library has to offer. Everyone there has been so incredibly nice and helpful I always learn so much when I visit. Definitely grateful to have something like this offer to Orange county residents. It does take a little bit of time to take all of the orientations and then take the assessments to use the machines but it's well worth it. They do have time limits on the machines but You're able to get quite a few projects done in a day. (Granted I've done 3D prints that have taken over 5 hours) So be prepared to potentially spend a lot of time here depending on what you're doing. If you're an Orange county resident I do recommend checking this place out. Even if you're not that crafty They offer other services that can help build your business or add to your hobbies.

Wow- This is seriously one of the coolest places in town!…read more For what? Well, the Melrose Center (MC) houses audio, visual, photo, simulation, 3D printing, tech work spaces, and so much more. I took a tour today of the center after having heard tons of buzz (and being a bit embarrassed to say that I hadn't visited it yet. I looked online and realized that they hold orientations and tours daily- and today they were at 2pm. I was right on time (parked right across the street in the lot on Central) and met Ben at the desk. We started with one of the classroom spaces that has some great simulation gear, but he then led me to the Simulation Lab, a room with crazy-cool driving, flight, and construction vehicle simulators! We're talking multi-screen seating with all of the controls you'd use in those real machines. VERY good start! We walked over to a section of the MC, called Tech Central, which was set up with presentation seating. They have a drop down screen and projector connected to an iPad for this area and they don't charge you to use it and hold meetings (you have to schedule it ahead of time though). I was geeking out hard core when we went by the various workspaces around the center. It's mostly open-plan with movable desks and spaces that you can adjust as your group needs. They had brand new MacPros with dual screens that anyone can use (with all of the Adobe and creative suites you can think of). Then came the real crazy stuff. An audio production studio; video production studio; sound boxes for recording podcasts, voice overs, your pretty voice, etc; photo studio with light boxes for photographing products; editing bays; conference room; etc. HOLY FREAKING MOLEY. The photo studio and Sound Booths can be reserved for FREE for 2 hours a day, any 3 days a week and the audio and video studios can be booked for 4 hours a day, 3 days a week. That means that we all have full access to professional studios and equipment for between 6 and 12 hours a week for free. I'm kind of freaking out right now, guys. If you have some time, take a walk over to the Melrose Center and check out the space. You will likely see me as I will be working from there at least twice a week from now on! ~sigh~ Places like this remind me why I love this city!!

You've driven from Ivanhoe to Downtown Orlando on Orange Ave and wondered why there were miniature houses inside the building with floor to ceiling glass windows. Well, wonder no more! Downtown Credo has moved their coworking concept into this trippy space and it's kind of the best thing ever, guys. Sure, they have a few kinks to work out because it's new, but there's a reason why some of the coolest cats in town choose this bizarre little contained village for their work space. Hint: it's the people. Potential coworkers fill out a form online like any other coworking space, but a key question is "What is the mission of your company, group, or project?" Though, you don't have to be in it to save the world, this means the folks who work here have some understanding (aided by their walk-thru of the space) that this is about fostering a creative community of potential collaborators. The industries represented in Conduit are varied- from marketing, to web and app developers, to filmmakers, to media. From the website, "The CREDO Conduit is a curated cross-disciplinary coworking space that is focused on convening Central Florida's creative class to cultivate a network of meaning, impact and community." This diversity has already led to unique collaborations and it lends itself to a truly special, dynamic vibe. The floor to ceiling murals that extend into the bathrooms also give an interesting vibe... (for real, check out the ceiling in the men's room...) Membership levels currently allow for a shared desk, a dedicated desk, and a 3 person tiny house. You can't write this ish with a straight face, man. But I'm in one of those tiny houses with Bungalower and Snap! Studio Booth and it's weird/fun as hell. To recap- this is the least stuffy, weirdest designed little-coworking-space-that-could. You aren't going to have a special kitchen or a person whose full job is to cater to coworkers, but you will weirdly have a full bathroom (with a shower), a movie-theater that's actually a conference room, and there'll be occasional sightings of Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy (weee!!! #FanGirl!!). So, as long as you've got those expectations, you'll flippin love it. I guarantee it. (In the Men's Warehouse guy voice so you know I'm legit.)

Attempts to reach anyone above the local level failed. It's been an absolute disaster. Regus offers office/co-working space in the GAI Building, which is a relatively new building located at the intersection of Summerlin and South Street, near downtown Orlando. My company rents out 4 small offices that are all shared by a common hallway, branched off from the main hallway. The nice thing about our setup is that the common hallway has a door that can be locked (so it's possible to leave the office doors open after hours, although those can all be locked as well). It's a small setup but it fits our needs, and there's the option of both wired and wireless networking. Internet access works fine with no hiccups (I have not tried a speed test yet). The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. There's a conference room that you can reserve, which is well lit, has comfortable chairs, and the plugs for your laptops are under the table. Seats about 8 people comfortably. The main (lounge) area is bright and spacious; I saw two flat screens on the wall, usually running something like CNN or CNBC. Window view is decent - you can't really see downtown but you *almost* can see it; good enough. Kitchen has a fridge where you can keep your stuff, a vending machine with snacks, and a copier. (You get a code to run the copier - pay later). There are also semi-private "Thinkpods" with network hookups, if you want to take your laptop with you and do some quick work (or thinking). I have seen stuff like this in airport lounges. Coffee is free at Regus (thank God). They come in these little "packs" that you insert into the machine, which pours the coffee for you - sorta like Keurig machines. Finally, the GAI building is a "green" building, so expect some energy-saving stuff like lights that automatically-turn off when the room isn't in use. It has LEED certification, whatever the heck that means. But you can plug your electric car in at the ground level, which I assume was part of that. =) As for parking, if you park on level 3 or higher, you don't have to pay anything, and so far, there is plenty of parking, not an issue at all. After hours: you need key-cards to get inside the building, make the elevator work, and finally get into the office. But unless you work ungodly hours like myself, you'll probably never have to worry about it.

ACCESS to the space you reserve ... that's not something included, nor is it provided. You will waste your time, energy and effort even trying to reserve space here only to be met with a hostile owner that owns nothing except a bill from a franchisor. When you try to get your money back for the services that he refuses to provide and doesn't deliver based on the reality that you were able to use zero-space against your use case ... Well, he's going to tell you that you're personally attacking him. You'll do that for a good long while until you lose your patience and you realize that you're wasting your time. Don't do that. Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else but here.

I know Guidewell as a healthcare professional because of their state of the art urgent care centers, but this was my first time hearing of this venture. Located in the heart of medical city, this is an office building (but so much more than that!) that caters to health and technology startups and has a really great aesthetic as well as great technology. Where they set themselves apart is with the theater space they rent out for meetings, such as the one I attended. It is quite honestly the coolest auditorium I've ever seen (true 360 view, quality sound, ample screens). The common area in the front is great as well. Parking is free and ample, which makes it stick out from other similarly sized spaces. Guidewell is a local company and is really investing in the local community and it shows. Fostering successful start ups really makes a difference to the local community and the staff were super courteous as well.

Access is much more secure now with card fobs required for entry. They've also just installed a new call box system as of this post. Virtual and in-person tours are easy to schedule online for potential clients. I signed up very quickly, easily, and happily. Amenities include high-speed internet, printing services, and even free coffee. There's plenty of workspace and although I chose to go the office share route, I've had the office largely to myself so far. Plenty of good restaurants are in the area and you are walking distance from the public library, Lake Eola, and Publix. Kelsey and the Novel team (so helpful) also arrange for community events like lunch bites when possible. Just WOW!

If you get a quote from them, multiply it by 1.67. That could be your rent next year. Presumably they know it's annoying to move a business so I guess they take advantage of that by offering a fair rate for a year then then holding your business address hostage for a 67% rent increase after the first term. A/C turned off during business hours without advance notice. Water turned off during business hours without advance notice. Parking situation is a total turnoff for potential and current clients. Fire alarm "tested" during business hours with little or no notice. People prop open the back door all the time to smoke and it stinks. Many better options that won't try to bait and switch you into a 67% rent increase.
