This is one of the most shady companies to ever work with, we repaired and painted one of their transportation vans, with a signed work order and knowledge of the work that we were hired to do and once the job was finished James Ball and his wife immediately put a stop payment on the cc without any communication or reason as to why they did that or any communication on how we can resolve and fix the issue and after doing some research on James Ball and Pipeline Transportation we have found many customers seem to be disappointed in how they handle their customer service. If James Ball and his wife or any kind of decent business owners, it would've communicated to me instead of ignoring my communication with them, but it doesn't matter because I won in Small Claims Court, even James Ball, lying to the judge and trying to record during small claims court shows how unprofessional and immature a man like that is and how he runs his business. If you see the pictures attached James Ball wants to point out that I didn't go over the job prior to starting.... AGAIN JAMES... that diagram that you posted on my Yelp page is from my estimating program that show corresponds points of work being done compared to the estimate... next time PAY ATTENTION and this wont happen to you again. read more

We used Pipeline for my wife's 40th birthday party taking us from Santa Barbara up the hill to three different wineries in Lampoc/Buellton and it was a total home run. Our party was visiting from out of town and Tatum did a marvelous job helping me setup the perfect itinerary picking out the best wineries. I valued a balance of ambience, beauty, and quality of wine executed at a pace that would offer a formal wine tasting experience while getting loose with party vibes and she nailed it. (FYI, we ended up choosing Peake Ranch, Strange, and Babcock in that order.... it was perfect.) Tatum spent so much time understanding what I was looking for and was more than happy to go back and forth spit balling ideas for weeks ahead of time. I'm more of a novice with wine while others in our party were much more advanced and Tatum did a great designing a day that left all of us very impressed and satisfied. Tatum clearly has a relationship with a lot of the wineries in the region and as a result she is very well equipped to cater to your needs. She knows the terrain, she knows the wine, she knows the people, and will get you setup with a plan to maximize the best experience. Additionally, the vehicle we traveled in was a luxury sprinter van with a bumping system. We had a blast. Finally, the price was as competitive as I found in my research. It's totally worth it. The absolute best transportation company in SB!!! I called literally 12 different companies to arrange a sprinter van for my bday weekend and every single company besides this one was quoting me insane prices. I called Pipeline Transportation SB and spoke to the lovely Tatum who was so helpful and gave me the best service and the best quote!!! She really went above and beyond to make it special for me and even threw in an amazing cheese platter and a cooler full of water for me and my group to enjoy, so incredibly thoughtful. Every single other company will try to rip you off (some quoted me triple what pipeline did) but Pipeline Transportation are truly honest good people who do not take advantage of others and helped to make my bday weekend so special!!! Best ever! We celebrated my sisters Bachelorette Party by going on a wine tour with Pipeline. We came from the LA area and arrived at the hotel Saturday morning...the limo bus was already there waiting for us! The bus was pristine fully stocked with ice, water, and glasses. The sound system was superb! And the two TVs were awesome! Alton, our guide/driver was just amazing! Super knowledgeable, patient, and just a pleasure! He even offered to take pictures of us. He offered suggestions and took us exactly where we wanted to go. Since we didnt know much about the wineries in the area he chose them for us and boy did he choose wisely! As a Santa Barbara Local I was very hesitant about taking a wine tour in my own backyard. That said, when my cousins visited from the UK I decided to give it a shot. Having used pipeline before for airport transportation we decided to try them. Wow ohh wow. I could not be more satisfied!! Our driver was Tatum, she showed up on time and was extremely professional while still being super friendly and amazingly accommodating! We had a mixed group of all ages and wine interest levels. Tatum made it fun and applicable for all! We hit 3 extremely different wineries, had a beautiful picnic lunch as well as a walk around Solvang and Los Olivos and to top it all off we stopped and fed the ostriches and emu's. Tatum was our driver. She's the best. So nice. We were picked up on time at the Four Seasons in Santa Barbara and she took us on a wine tour from 10:30am-5:30pm. We ended up at 3 amazing wineries, purchased some phenomenal bottles of wine, went through Solvang and also to the Ostrich Farm. We had a nice picnic lunch at the Demetria estates and she also prepared a very nice homemade charcuterie dish for us to enjoy in between places. So delicious. Very disappointed for the second time in Pipeline. We booked And confirmed JAMES and an on time suburban for Round trip airport transportation for our family (Santa Barbara to LAX). Upon landing at LAX for our return James was unreachable and suddenly "out of town". Our family stood on the curb at LAX international for 45 minutes late at night after a long day of travel to finally be picked up by someone else in a beat up old minivan. The driver insisted she was there on time and had been "circling" which made no sense as there was no airport traffic, it was very late at night and she had been unreachable. We were very uncomfortable stranded and option-less with our young children (toddler requiring car seat) 90 miles from home. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We were still charged for the suburban (they said the minivan was the same price), there was no apology or explanation for the lateness or change of driver. A year later we foolishly gave them another chance because they promised we could 100% rely on them, they would always be on time, use only a suburban and that only our confirmed driver (no surprises) would pick us up. But the same thing happened the very next try. James drove us to LAX as planned in the Suburban and assured us that we would see HIM at our pick up. We even left him our car seat. This morning of our return as I'm reconfirming the agreed plan... James is once again is suddenly unavailable "out of town" and only someone we've never heard of is available for our LAX pick up. There is no apology or explanation.... Only attitude. Very disappointing to be spending the last 2 hours of our family vacation looking on yelp and texting friends to find a local reputable SB/ LAX transportation company..... Instead of surfing as planned. I recommend avoiding this company for LAX trips. You never know what you will get for your ride back home. read more
