Travis (plumber) called ahead to give me a timeline as to when I can expect him (which I always prefer). He was within the timeframe I originally requested. He was professional and explained everything to me that he'd be doing. He had to run out to grab a couple things and explained the reasoning. Their company policy is to wear masks and I appreciated that. He was also very friendly and clean. No mess left behind at all. He installed my new sink and vanity as well as replaced my old shut off valves. I was very happy and impressed with the quality of work. I didn't expect him to secure the vanity or to silicone it either and he did. Very pleased with that. The price was pretty close to what I was quoted and I have peace of mind knowing a professional, ticketed plumber did the work and did it right! When I do my next bathroom or any plumbing work I will be using Butler Plumbing again.
