For example, when I was there, they had a pumpkin spice soup, oven baked chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed summer squash on the side. Seriously? The doctors own this business and they are great at their jobs too. My wife had was in and out of surgery in under an hour and she was able to go home the same day. Every employee that helped her was great at their job. The receptionist, registration, pre-op nurse, anesthesiologist, PA, recovery nursing staff, doctor, room nursing staff, therapists, dining staff.....all of these people were amazing at their jobs. The rooms are large and cozy. If needed, a support person can stay overnight with a patient. They also allow you a meal and snacks as a guest! Valet parking is included with your visit here as well. I would highly recommend this surgical center for any knee, hip, shoulder, or other orthopedic surgery you would need.

He wanted me there and he felt he had no choice to get me to leave. When his procedure was done, they didn't call me after they told him I would be waiting for him in recovery after he gets through the anesthesia. They never called me. He(Husband)ended up texting me 30-45 minutes later when he asked if they called me. They basically forgot. Don't go to this hospital if you can help it! They don't respect patient rights or will only give you the options they prefer. Always know you can ask for a patient advocate if you feel they are not being fair or unethical. You are always allowed a designated person and support person under the MN Patients Bill of Rights Act. Don't let these nurses push you around. We will never be going back as both of us were treated with little to no respect.

We were told "all the bays are full, you need to wait here" and was pointed to the bathroom. I laid on the bathroom floor for 50 minutes and never saw another staff person. We left and drive to Redwood Falls where we accessed EXCELLENT and IMMEDIATE care at CarrisHealth facility. Thanks for nothing Marshall. There should be a ZERO rating.
