Honestly picked ERD because I kept seeing their billboards and gave them a call. The whole staff is very nice and didn't judge me for haven't been to a dentist in 15 years. I saw both Dr Erin and Stacy, one for the initial consult and the other who did my procedure. Both very kind, understanding and explained the things that were going to be done in layman's terms. Awesome staff and they don't overcharge like some in town.

I ended up going to another dentist for future visits. This year I found out both of the crowns he put on need replacing. I called their office to find out if they could do anything as it'd only been 3 1/2 yrs and was told that they couldn't and that since I didn't like his work the first time I probably wouldn't like his work again. So I am left to pay for two new crowns again as insurance won't cover it this soon. I am very dissatisfied with this office and their service.

I recently went to 605 for care, and the movement of one single tooth…read more In the process of moving this tooth, the orthodontist took it upon herself to adjust my entire top bite to the left. In doing so she also adjusted how my bite came together. My left jaw clicks, and it hurts to keep my mouth closed. I emailed about this, and asked 4 separate times total (twice to her) before she finally looked at it. Her response was that the bite was a little off, but did little to nothing to adjust it, and put me in the same type of hold (for the braces) as the previous visit. I'm incredibly disappointed, my bite has been moved so much chewing is uncomfortable. I've since moved to a different orthodontist, it will take another year to undo what's been done, costing me not only what they (605) continued to charge me, but another year at a different ortho. This is a fast service orthodontist more worried about making money (it would have cost me roughly $6,000 for one year), in the end regardless of their lack of care/error they have continued to charge me until I've paid 50%. I cannot not recommend this place enough. A one year positive experience has turn into a 2 year costly nightmare.
