She advised me that I would have to bring the shoes into the store before a decision to replace the shoes could be made. My husband and I went to the store and Jennifer was the most professional person I've dealt with in a long time. She agreed there was a manufacturing problem with the shoe and replaced them. It was a very smooth transaction. My husband then looked at other shoes and we purchased a very nice pair. At the register Jennifer noticed my husband was a veteran and we received a veteran discount. We did not know of that perk for being a patron of the store, but we were happy to receive that discount. Apparently they had my details that I purchased from their online establishment years ago so I was able to accumulate points! So of course I walked out with two near pairs of sneakers from Topos and Saucony at an amazing deal. The store was pretty small and I think they were a little concerned initially when they saw my sister collecting boxes for me try on in my size but I think they were trying to be helpful..maybe since they hadn't seen anyone that eager about trying on so many shoes in such a short span of time, haha.
