In fact, we were told it was his first time really doing this on his own which really didn't inspire much confidence. We asked for quotes for a few different types of treatment options. We only got a quote for one despite repeated attempts and it seemed because he wasn't knowledgeable about those other options and was going to check with his boss. There was no follow up on these. What really turned us off of Bulwark though was how predatory they are about getting you to sign up. They called both my husband and I multiple times a day for at least a month from some franchise call center. The frequency went down but it was almost non-stop for months. We were really hoping to use them for this specialized treatment and potentially sign up for their regular pest control services but the lack of follow through, lack of knowledge, and nonstop phone calls with high pressure tactics are a hard no from us. I called yesterday and the office manager was very helpful and answered all my questions about treatment options. There was no pressure at all to go with a quarterly treatment plan (though I think we will do that after all since it is so reasonably priced)and I went with a one time service call. Jason is the licensed pesticide technician who came on time at 2:00 and he was knowledgeable, professional and extremely polite. I showed him where I'd seen the roaches and after explaining how he was going to spray the entire perimeter of our home, fence line, decorative river rock(good hiding place for roaches) and garage to set up a roach barrier, he set to the task at hand and was finished in under 30 minutes. Excellent service and farewell to cockroaches. Update 5/31: About 70 Dead and dying cockroaches outside this morning - just finished sweeping them up. Yucky and had no idea there were so many hiding in the gravel and the outside perimeter of the house. I'm glad I made the call to have TNT come out.

However what they said they would do and what they did was very different. One of the services we paid for was for them to clean and sanitize each area where there were mouse droppings. They cleaned about 1/3 of what we were told. The service person even saw mouse droppings that I pointed out and did nothing. We called the owner and he sent other guys out who agreed that the work was poorly performed. He offered us a small discount but would not offer more. When we said we didn't agree with that, he said we were threatening him and he refused to give us any money back. So we paid a good amount of money and only a small amount of the agreed work was actually done. I would be cautious in using them for mice removal because of our experience.
