Worst company ever. Don't believe the TrustPilot reviews.. I got signed up for the pro plan. They came for four visits and then have not come back for 6 months. When I make appointments online, they get cancelled without any notice. I called customer service (non US based) and they made appointments. Guess what, the appointments get cancelled on the appointment day without any notice or explanation. I called customer service and asked to be connected to my local service location and they said there was no way to do that. When the technicians came, they were courteous and professional. But after 6 months of no service, I realize this company is a fraud and has clearly broken their contract. Don't be fooled by the friendly sales people..Go with a local company with a local customer service team.. I am over 60 and am ashamed that I got scammed by these people.. read more

Aptive salesman knocked and rang at our door despite our very obvious NO SOLICITING sign. He gestured ambiguously at the street and insisted that our neighbors had just signed up, pushed us to fire our local pest control team, and was overall very pushy and aggressive. I really wanted this service to work, but my experience was disappointing. During the last year they no-showed for three scheduled appointments and acted like it was no big deal when I called. Even after a year of service, we're still dealing with ants and mosquitoes, which were the primary reasons we hired them. When technicians did arrive, they often seemed rushed. On one visit, they left an empty mosquito bait box behind, which made me question the attention to detail and quality of the service. The most frustrating part has been the cancellation process. It's been much more difficult than it should be. The email addresses listed for cancellations either aren't monitored or direct you elsewhere, and customer service was unable to provide a cancellation confirmation number or written confirmation. I was also told I couldn't speak with a supervisor when I requested one. The service and customer experience did not meet my expectations! read more

BEWARE of this company. I had a very intrusive salesman come to my house this evening. He tried to pitch a great deal and would not take no for an answer. Would not provide a business card but rather showcased a preselected page of (likely bought out) google reviews. He continued to drop the price to try and get me to sign up-- ultimately he told me it'd be free which is how you know this is shady! He demanded to speak to my husband and then asked multiple times if he was home. This is predatory behavior and I felt unsafe. He would not leave even after multiple requests for him to do so. Looking at reviews this is not an isolated incident. Husband eye turned red began to swell after this business placed so called "safe" plant based product in yard. Phoned for help changing pest chemical or to cancell explain allergic anaphalxis which began and the co representative stated our address, our phone number, our email are not in the system "I can't find out" when I repeated the request & health issue the company representative said "oh God" husbands arm has welt This plant product clearly is not safe for all people. Cancelation department transferred to says account not able to find through address or email or phone. Representative yesterday did not print out disclaimer wonder if anaphalaxis or eye swelling skin welts not legally addressed by their corporation. Further I wonder who the company founder and local franchise owner is their only contact appears overseas or is Ai with foreign accent.​ read more

Aptive employee with truck TX plate and license number of 70475 is in our Albuquerque neighborhood harassing homeowners.  They ignored my two signs.  They are reported all over our Neighborhood APP for the same. They have no permit to solicit and they lied when I asked what business they were doing.  I thought a good Mormon company would not break laws by having their company solicit without permits, ignore no solicitation signs and lie when asked about the business.  Next time they come around I am going to sue for harassment and file a police report for lack of permit. read more

Avoid this company! They make appointments and don't keep them. Making you waste your day waiting for them. I told them i need to be home when they come due to my dogs a doggy door and have free roam of backyard. Plus who wants someone in your backyard when you are not home. But they still try to make appointments when i am not available to be home. When I canceled service. They still tried charging me for services i never received. Also you get charged $199 cancellation fee. Which post immediately. But when you ask for a refund for services not received it takes 7-10 days. AVOID THIS COMPANY! read more

DO NOT USE APTIVE. Offered me a few dollars less than Preventative Pest Control a month. They came out and did their thing. After their (while I had no issues with Preventative Pest Control) service I started getting ants. Set up an appointment, they said they would be here from 4pm to 9pm so I waited around, they never showed up and then at 8:30pm I got an automated text saying my appointment was cancelled. I had Preventative for a few years and never had them just bail on me. Do not make the mistake I did. I felt sketched out during the whole interaction with their salesman, should have listened to my gut. read more

The service provided was never the service promised. They just ran schedule your service and send last minute notices for it. of course they have you sign a contract and now that I have sold my house, they still want me to pay a cancellation fee. I understand a cancellation fee would f you just out cancel, but welling the house and moving out of state. The guy that stopped at my door was super respectful and helpful. Gave me a great deal and the service has been way better than anything I have gotten before. My dog was getting ticks regularly, spiders and ants were a constant thing before they started treating. They do my mosquitoes and rodents and everything! Would 100% recommend. read more

Do not use this company. They have horrible customer service. They schedule appointments without consulting the client. When you try to reschedule there is no available appointments in the two week window on their website. You contact them to reschedule and the guy doesn't show up. You end up wasting a day sitting around waiting for them to show up in the morning only to have them call in the late afternoon that they are on their way - which didn't work for me. I was told by the representative to get my husband because he wouldn't speak to me. I was also told to go inside and make babies. I'm extremely angry and would like to speak to the person in charge.
