My family is PASSIONATE about Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf. Seriously, this is the absolute coolest mini-golf spot you'll ever visit. The course is built throughout huge natural elements - trees, hills, streams, etc. There's also a big man-made waterfall and cave that you play through. The pirate theme is a blast too. There's a real, interesting pirate fact at each hole and tons of funny pirate mannequins and fun props throughout. Each hole has a funky, creative bit, so the game never ever gets dull. We love going late at night when it's cool and there are less people. It's well-lit and you win a prize if you get a hole-in-one on the last hole. Definitely visit! read more

What a great time to spend with our family during our vacation. We are miniature golf aficionados, having been to dozens of courses - and we were pleasantly surprised with the course. We played 18 holes, and each hole was unique. Holes included unique elevation, one hole in a cave, and even a few holes where you need to take a chance (not seeing the final hole). Being pros, we played with our own "mischief", where we randomly started each hole with a handicap, such as using only one hand or one leg, or using the wrong end of the club. So much fun! We played a round on 7/14/19 w/ our toddler. They'll give you a plastic putter for the little ones that aren't old enough to play. The course is well maintained. It's rugged so no wheelchairs or strollers. I'm bummed I haven't played at one of their courses until now- they have plenty of locations. The 2 girls at the front entrance were friendly. This place has character and is really fun for kids. We were visiting in the area and it was a good break from the site seeing. Took lots of fun pictures with pirates and enjoyed an hour of mini golf. It was a bit pricey but hey, we were on vacation. Worth it! read more

This is this nicest mini golf course! We had a great time. 3 adults and 1 child = $33. The greens were freshly replaced, which was a treat (there was actually a dumpster in the parking lot filled with AstroTurf so it was really new!) The landscaping is pretty and the grounds are clean. The holes had a nice variety of obstacles. There's a little bit of climbing up and down to navigate thru the course. Waterfalls, a cave, Pirates, bridges ... what more could you ask for!? Definitely a fun way to spend an hour or so. At the end they gave my son a goodie bag which he enjoyed. Staff was friendly too. No complaints here!! read more

My wife's family has been coming to this area for vacation for a long time, and this mini golf place is somewhat of a tradition. Everyone enjoyed the course. It is well maintained, challenging, and a lot of fun. Not really a "con" of the course, but it is close to a fairly busy road, and some of the holes close to the road had a fair bit of traffic noise. I would recommend this for mini golfers of all ages. read more

This place is really cute. Right when we walked in to get tickets, we were greeted with very friendly staff. The golf course is very clean and well maintained and was full of tricky (but enjoyable) holes with a pirate theme. Super fun for the kiddos and adults. Now lets make it clear that im no goffer. I never been good at goff and that not my only issue. You see the main problim I have here is the "miniture" goff. To me that seems a little too much like the word minish, and we all know what that means. It means those obsessed ex girlfrineds at LOTB aka those innahnet avengahs are talking about a certain thing again. I wish they'd just let it go. Just walk away boys. Stop makin your little minish memes and revenge porn. All I want is to play a game of goff. I almost feel like Tigger Wood when im goffing, but im really havin a hard time getting past the minish name. Over alls I like this place and would appreciate it if their was a better selection of snaks like deep fry butter logs. read more

Everyone goes here at least once, heh. I actually remember going here one summer before my parents even had an inkling that we'd end up moving up to P-town and it's fun to take visitors. Like most mini-golf places, it's kitschy. The pirate thing is kind of cute, but I remember it being AWESOME when I was a little kid. I'm pretty sure it's the only mini-golf in town, minus "The Jungle" (connected to Big Boy on the way into town), but I wouldn't hit up The Jungle unless it was 100 degrees out or your kids are scared of pirates. read more

Awesome mini golf course! Challenging holes and great scenery to see as you played. My two kids (ages 4 and 7) loved getting a goodie bag at the end complete with pirate things like an eye patch, a hat, tattoo, ring, and a cool flag. Will definitely be back! read more

Had a great time here! It is wonderfully decorated and cared for with amazing floral landscaping as well. Have been to many mini-golf courses and this has to be one of the nicest as we often find them not very well kept. Kudos to those who keep it looking so wonderful! read more

Hours are 12-8 in the Fall on Thursday and Friday. 10-8 on Saturday and Sunday! Thru the second week of October!

Very fun putt putt! All staff were wearing masks, sanitizer set out throughout, lots of clever social distancing signs! Everyone, even the customers were masked and/or keeping their 6 feet. We had a great time! Not stroller friendly. read more

We come up to Walloon lake every year, and we always make sure to hit up Pirate's Cove AT LEAST once while where here each year. I'm not sure if they changed ownership or management, but this last time the service was like ridiculously nice. It's always fun, but now all of the staff is super friendly too. Loved our outing at Pirate's Cove. My husband and I had a great time. The landscaping is gorgeous!! I won with # of holes in one, he beat me on strokes My 3 year old had a blast too! She played with one of The Cove's toddler putters. At the end she was awarded some pirate goodies: a bag with an eye patch, tattoo, and ring, a pirate flag, and a cool hat! The "Cove" is becoming a staple when I visit Harbor Springs. It's only a 5 minute drive and is a quick and fun activity. Lucky for us, the last visit wasn't a crowded one and we were in and out fairly quick. The place is in good shape and isn't run down or getting torn up. It's fun and not ridiculously difficult (which wouldn't be fun for the younger crowd). read more

This is a great course! We came here about 7 years ago without our kids and this trip to Michigan we brought them with us and we had to visit Pirates Cove.
