When the work started, Armen was checking in with me almost daily and visited my house often to make sure that the work was going as planned. Roger came into my home knowing I needed a simple repair and immediately started talking about…read moreripping through my walls and rewiring my house. The original number he came up with was something like 25K (for a call about a light switch). We seemed to have reached some sort of agreement; and since I'm facilitating selling my mother's house, I got them in touch. Things seemed fine with the lesser fix of 2K. Two weeks before the house goes on the market, I text him and he tells me verbatim "I'm not fixing your electric". Pièce de ré·sis·tance, he blocks my number. 1. My mom & stepfather flew out from CA and fixed the problem in about two hours (along with a bunch of other things him and his buddy Austin left halfway finished: those took several days). 2. I don't think Roger's even a licensed electrician, and if he is, he needs to go back to school. 3. And wouldn't ya know it, he charged me $150 to do less than nothing--He pulled out wires and plates, ripped off part of my door frame for some reason, and then just left them for me to deal with. I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house again.

He also repaired all of our bowing walls, did mold abatement and insulation. The Elegant Home Finishing team is well rounded and more than capable of doing a whole home renovation.
