I found that she has an extremely level-headed, intellectual approach to pretty much everything she does; but her "bedside" manner is not for everyone. As with any brilliant intellectual, sometimes she communicates in a way that is different from your mainstream, aggressive attorney; but the payoff is well worth it. Only go here if you want your divorce process to take an obscene amount a time, this lawyer has her interns do all the work. After various mistakes were made on my paperwork I had to sign numerous documents over and over again. I wouldn't hear from her for months and then would recieve email correspondence from the interns that they needed more information. Each time I even breathed in their direction to see what was going on with the divorce process I was slammed with an obscene fee. She even charged me an offensive amount for postage to fix a mistake they made.The only good thing about this lawyer is the bar down the street, which your going to need to drown your financial sorrows. I used Pirsch and Associates for my custody hearing last year. Ena Richter was still with the firm at the time. She was timely, knowledgeable and professional, and she helped me to receive a favorable judgement. I reached back to them for my divorce, and it was right in line with other nehative reviews that I have read. I was riuted straight to Elizabeth with no mention of Ena. They have been inposession of a proposed separation agreement for months and I have not seen it yet. Every time I call about it, there is some excuse as to why they have not emailed it. After being tired of the run around as to Ena's whereabout, i finally asked very pointedly if Ena was still even with the firm. I then got the lie thag she is "in the process of going to a new job and she doesnt practice family law anymore". These people wasted my time, stringing me along when they knew they didnt have the time or bandwidth to handle my case. I am now again on the lookout for capable, professional divorce lawyer who can do what they say when they say they will do it. Divorce is hard enough but its even harder when you have a lawyer that is only interested in taking your money. read more
