The process was easy, I love that the machine dries you off between sprays, I was in and out pretty quickly. My regular hairstylist was out of town, or else he would've been my go-to. I arrived and checked in. The receptionist was incredibly sweet and helpful. She greeted many clients by name and already knew what service they were requesting. After a few minutes of waiting, she noticed and kindly said she'd check in with the stylist. I really appreciated this attention to detail; most receptionists would've just moved along, but she took the time to follow up. The hairstylist was also very sweet, and the scalp massage was wonderful. She asked about where I was going and what the event was to make sure she set the right expectations for my hair. I arrived at 9:00 AM, and the event was at 5:00 PM. Despite all the moving around and set-up throughout the day, my hair looked beautiful all night. The cost for the service was $58 I will absolutely be going in again and trying out their blowout packages. I loved the entire experience!
